Since you want Photos etc of the prepared meal? I think it only Fair that the people who are making the meal should be Allowed to input their substitution, and why. I personally don't think it Fair otherwise. I wouldn't even Touch many of the recipes as they are. I would Have to substitute Many of the ingredients, or end up very Sick. Some would put me in the hospital!
Helps a lot ....need not waste time thinking what to cook...can relish new dishes with help of different cooking types...made life easier for me .... thank you so much for providing so many healthy and delicious recipes
This is a fantastic app. It is full of delicious recipes with tasty, healthy ingredients. They are also easy and quick to do on the whole, so you can build up your repertoire very quickly.....= no more boring tasteless teas! What's not to like? You can always add a few favourite ingredients of yours too....who's going to know? M. R.
Doesn't give all the info on recipes needed. for example; Garlic chips doesn't tell you to slice garlic, then mentions shallots which isn't in the ingredients. Some of the photos do not match what would look like the finished recipe. waste of time.
You really need to fix this app. It's so glitchy, it keeps doing this annoying automatic scroll every time I click on a recipe .Then it won't let me submit my own recipes in the "Contribute" tab . Not to mention, some of the recipe instructions didn't make sense . Please fix these issues and I will give it a higher rating .
Beware the nutritional info. They said the Goya Champuru had 28 cal per serving, but the nutritional information had a note that said of the pork loin, butter gourd, sesame oil, two eggs, and seasonings, they didn't factor the pork, eggs, or seasonings into the nutritional info. Also, they only let you filter or view the nutritional info so many times per day.
Recipes too complex for me
It's the upmost importance to know the facts between nutrition and things we eat. I am not diabetic. But I am learning not to become one because I come from a lineage of diabetic history.
Would love to see more filters. You can only eliminate beef and pork as proteins. Not everyone thinks chicken is edible.
What a brilliant app, i am not a very good cook but i can cope quite easily with these recipes which are delicious.

I rate this app low because diabetic recipes should be resonably low carb. These are very high carb.
not enough info...too time consuming trying to get recipes.. absolutely not helpful
Be sure to read the nutritional values. Low sugar + high carbs does not = diabetic friendly.
the food suggestions are horrible and weird nothing pertaing to diabetic diets.

Not many main meals containing pork, lamb or beef. In fact there are none. Fine if you can eat prawns every day.

I like everything about the app except all the notifications on my phone.

absolutely disgusted by the lack of recipes that have NO seafood in them!! Didn't even want to give 1 star 😤🤬
This site covers a wide variety of recipes. Often, it can be boring eating necessary Diabetic foods. The differences make it easier to stay longer on proper foods. And though at times there is a move toward more fatty foods etc, there is enough recipes to return quicker than if this site wasn't available.
