Always reliable. Clean cars, professional drivers that take efficient routes. Price is competitive. Can reach a human any time if needed. I am and will be a repeat customer. Recommend.

The interface is really challenged to connect. You frequently receive an error "Cannot connect to server", so you need cancel and restart the app.

I use Dial 7 everytime I travel to NY. Drivers are courteous and professional. Cars are always clean and they are always on time. I will never use another car service.

I am trying to create two future rides but the app can't process it for some reason and then get stuck on asking me whether I want to create a new ride and when you select No the app goes in a loop.

Love the car service, but the app is terrible. Buggy, erratic finding destinations, clunky UI.

Scammers. They over price rides by 80%+ If a ride generally cost like $25 they are charging $78. Uber and lyft don't even do that and they always over pricing.

I'm trying to schedule a ride for an upcoming trip and it doesn't give me the option to set a time/date other than the current. Please advise.

It's a little buggy and has a confusing user interface.

Dial 7 performs wonderfully and remains my go-to for all car service needs.

This is a great company. They are licensed and the vehicles are clean.

Doesn't accept airport destination even though it's suggesting them

Still some quirks - payment shows cash, won't allow selection of saved credit card

Used to love this app but it won't allow you to pay with a card on file

Was easy to use... now the app seems to have picked up bugs... can't change payment options and popups dont display correctly... very disappointed.

The drivers are great. The problem is the app deletes my Am Ex card every time I use it. No problem with my Visa or MC. The card deletion is a problem when I send a guest to the airport and then they get stuck with the bill.

Great app. Easy to use.

I don't like that take wayyyyyyyyy more money than the ride costs and then it takes days for it to be credited back. Uber does not do this.

Major improvements made to the app. Also, the notifications are excellent. I'm glad I tried Dial7 again!

The android app has had a bug for several weeks and won't allow you to create a reservation. I reported it but it still won't work.

An unreliable app. Booked 2 rides ahead of time. Used a competitor the first ride and a taxi the second because I could not confirm the ride when it was time. I'm sure Dial 7 is a decent service but the app is not reliable. Carmel has a far better app.

Worked great for us. Was able to prebook ride, made change in time... communications appropriate. Very pleased

Couldn't get it to stay on the correct date.

Very easy to reserve a car.

They've been around for a while it's a good company
