Many years ago, someone came up with the great idea of quick home delivery of beer. Now you can easily order by phone, online or using your smartphone. Simply provide us with the necessary information that we'll ask you when you order. One of our professionals will purchase your items at the local beer or liquor store and deliver them to your front door!

The app starts off by lying and saying that there's currently no deliveries in Canada. What follows is a minimalists selection of drinks (mostly wine) and there's not even a section for rum, whisky, vodka, etc. TL;DR: The app design is simple (which is good) yet frustrating, the "variety of drinks" are almost entirely wine or beer and there's no hours on there to know when you're open or closed.

Not sure if this is just a scam. Couldn't log in cause I have to complete the email verification process, but never received the email... checked my spam, etc, never got it. Once it's been 10 mins of waiting for it... If you guys can't even get that right... then I have to wonder if you are even legit and if this was even worth my time. Wish I had not given out my email to you...

App aside, I can't recommend the service. Driver charged me $56 for a $25 order. A $30, or over 200% delivery fee (even after it took more than an hour)? Never again! Also, the app looks nothing like the screenshots. It's just a text box with a submit order button... No cart or anything as shown.

Waited over 4 hours for a delivery of a 6 pack of beers. When called to cancel order, they refused, saying I need to be willing to wait all day for the order. Nowhere was this mentioned on the app before or during purchase. Horrible service. Never ordering from this unprofessional useless business again. Also the price is almost double of the initial purchase for thier poor delivery service fees. Appalling. I'd rather walk in 40°C weather to the nearest beer store than order from dial a bottle.

Poor app design and garbage service. There is no info for when you order will arrive. No capability to pay in advance through the app. No way to tell if a selection is unavailable in your area. No ability to change personal info like phone number after signing up. After calling the help-center twice for more info, I was finally rudely informed that my p.m. order would not roll over to the next day and they would not change my contact info.

They missed an order placed through the app. There is no way to monitor the order using the app which is a huge fail, and as far as I can tell the support email address isn't even monitored. On two occasions items ordered were not available.

Worst service. Placed an order just after noon having never used the service before. My order was placed through the app and all information including address was given. I called shortly after to confirm my order. I was told it would arrive at 7 pm latest. 6:30 pm I called back. Was told my order would arrive by 9pm. I recieved a call back moments later after expressing my concern. I was told the delivery driver tried to call to inform me they didn't deliver to my area. I had no missed call.

Just call Uber, these people are not worth the aggravation. The app in not user friendly. I registered and waited for the confirmation email that never came. Now the app will not let me in unless I confirm through email. Useless!! Took 2 hours to deliver from 7 km away. Customer service just don't care, the phone operator seemed like I was inconveniencing her, the driver was a complete idiot and rude. When I complained he just looked at me as if he didn't understand.

I placed an order after signing up. Wasnt sure how to tell of it had gone through on the app. I recieved an email shortly after confirming my order was acknowledged. Great! I was informed by email there would be delays. Of course I think. understandable. Placed my order at 5:39pm. Waited. 2hrs. Next 2 and half hrs....3 hrs. Now I know stores will be closing soon. I decide to check my email. It no longer opens. Weird. I call. Told they are closed. NOTHING EVER CAME. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.

Pretty much the worst app ever. Used to use this a lot however the delivery peoplewe're very rude and always late and never called to tell me if they would be late. What time have to wait two days for an order and they charged me triple. I stopped using it and after a year I just used it again and got yelled at from the delivery person because I ordered too much and couldn't carry it in. The worst part is I am a great tipper I always tip at least 10 to $12 per order and they never appreciate.

Terrible service. I ordered at 5 p.m. And by 8:30 p.m. still nothing. I even spoke to someone because I wanted to pay by credit card and didn't realize the order was put through with the cash option. I'm very glad I didn't pay online because I'd be out the money and still waiting for nothing. And once it's closed, there's no customer service options. I only used this app because I was busy and thought I'd give it a try. I'll just stick to getting it myself.

Hilariously inept service. Placed an order at 4:30, driver called at 7 to say he was 20-30 minutes out, then called again at 9:30 to say he didn't get to the store in time to pick up the order, placed another order the next day and just... never heard back. I have even tried calling their customer support line, but they are useless. I honestly don't understand why this app even exists. They provide no discernible service, and yet as far as I can tell there is no real scam going on here either.

Me and several friends have placed orders by phone and the app on several seperate occasions and we have never had our order arrive. When we call two hours later they are closed and nobody can explain what the problem is. I highly recommend finding any other delivery service.

A few times already things have been missing from my order they charge you still at the door full price. You call to complain and they tell you that there's nothing they can do about it. If you use these people ask for receipts and check your order with their order make sure everything is in the boxes I have ordered white wine and recedes red wine did not check the box until later call them to see if there was anything they could do and I accepted the order so they refuse to fix it.

The service is fast and the app is very minimalist. Small orders are delayed. Expensive orders get done the quickest so.... Essentially you are texting their guys in the area. They can choose not to accept your order . 3pm to 6pm is the best time to order.

High hidden fees. Bought some beers which costed 40CAD on the app and unexpectedly came as 46CAD when knocked at my door. They said fee is subject to change without notice but you don't believe it will be this dirty much! Won't use this service ever again. better stick with the beerguys instead

I reeeeeeeeaaaaalllly wish I checked the star rating before I used this service. 1.8/5 stars makes sense. Twice now I've been scammed by the drivers. I guess fool me once, right? Don't bother calling the customer service number either. They don't care. Just take an Uber to the LCBO, it's cheaper and faster.

The representative on the phone was very polite and so was the Driver. I ordered my beer around 7pm and it got there around 8pm 1h wait was not bad especially since my was not working great service. I even gave them more details to find my unit because there are lots of units they had no problem finding it and did not have to call me. Definitely recommend this service if you can't get to the store.

Garbage, I'm fairly certain that just don't check the app orders. I made an order, heard nothing, called the help line TWO HOURS after my order was made and was told that they literally can't check it. I'll be using other services from now on.

Terrible app design, overpriced alcohol, not a good app. The in app slection does not reflect what is in the store. They also charge close to $15 in fees. It is probably cheaper to uber to and from your local liquor store

Absolute worst! Not only can you not check the progress or status anywhere, but the driver overcharged me about $10 more than the already overcharged price of $23 for an $11 bottle of wine. Not worth it. I am mad at myself for paying him! Save yourself the trouble, just go to the store.

Delivery took a very very long time, despite advertising debit and credit, theywould only accept cash and when the driver arrived he announced an additional "surcharge" of 10$ that was not on the bill when we checked out online.

Friendly service, reasonable price and delivery time considering covid slowing shopping everywhere atm. Driver even called as LCBO was out of something I wanted and made a great suggestion to replace it. Definitely use again!

Absolute dogshit service. Drivers dont show up and dont deliver, 0 customer service. Waited 2 hours tonight just for customer service to call and tell me the driver was too stupid to read my profile for number when I clearly had "call on arrival - with my number in the order", so he wasnt gonna deliver. Dont waste your time, best you get is redirected to a jackass outta town with 0 service skills.
