It won't let me get past the verification process without calling someone to help me through the verification process. When I called, it said the wait time is longer than usual..I have a stomach bug..do you know how hard it is to stay on hold forever, when you have a stomach bug? Why can't the verification process be easier and done online, instead of having to talk to someone?
It will not let me log in. It says my email and password are incorrect (they are not.) I even chose the forgot password option, changed my password, and it still wouldn't let me log in. The website works great and I like the service... I would just like to be able to access the app.
This app doesn't give a cancelation option. I have sent many emails and gotten no response. I will dispute with my bank.
I use the log in button and it says thank you for logging out
The most rude ignorant and pathetic doctors I've ever had to deal with. Over a dozen visits only one was helpful. Unbelievable.
If I could give this negative stars I would! The customer service is horrible, they are rude, the app doesn't work!
It does not work says I need an update but goes back to install screen.

It's ok
After initially getting everything setup successfully the app will now not let me login. When I open the app and use my fingerprint to login it immediately confirms that I been successfully logged out and tells me to close the browser window for added security. I'm not using the browser. I am using the app. Very frustrating.
