This app works sometimes not all the times. I believe their system setup and interface is good but lacks consistency. When issues arise which they do weekly, support team is very defensive and fail to indentify the issues. Often they say nothing is wrong with my system, while my services don't work. Today cannot send voice Msg at all, error pops up or system cuts first 30seconds. Support says it's me not them, really? That's not service and I'm not a novice. Will switch to One Call.
My individual contact list has to be constantly refreshed. When I scroll back up the list, the list refreshes by itself yet again, puts be back at the top of this list, and my checked contacts become unchecked. Very frustrating!
Wouldn't let me send a "free" message to 2 people because I didn't have enough credits, app wouldn't let me opt out of spammy emails, and then IF there's an account deactivation button it's impossible to find. Scummy garbage, this whole thing.
Excellent service so easy to use the app or web based site that evenour pastor can do it
Easy to use and so quick. Our church's old phone tree system took two hours to run through all the contacts. This system gets our messages and prayer requests out immediately. I highly recommend this system.
Nice to have all the basic features in an app. As of this version and date, the Reports feature isn't as detailed as it is on the website.
Excellent user interface. Looking through contacts is slow. Many features. Free calls are a little hard to use.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Called them 6 hours ago- still waiting. Tried live chat, waited 30 minutes for a rep who sent me a message then was "away". After an hour of waiting for her to return I gave up. Still can't update app so I can use it.
Have truly enjoyed using this system. It is far superior than the last one we had. Would recommend it to any church organization business or whoever has multiple people they need to inform. Truly satisfied with how it works and how quickly you can share information.
Quick easy and accurate!
Wonderful app, I use it to send mass messages at the end of each grading period instead of having to call 50-120 numbers one by one. Absolute lifesaver!
It will not download to my Samsung S7. It just stays in " waiting to download " . I left it for 10 minutes and still no download. I called the helpline and was told to upload it to my pc. It would not download to my pc. Im trying to download from the Google play store.
Yes it's a really great app. Especially when my wife uses it to do scandalous things and act like she's at work when she's really not. I see everyone posting positive reviews so I'll give it 3 stars since it does exactly what it's supposed to. However some people use it for really negative things. One last thing...I think it's fairly awkward that the developer of this app will take no critique or feedback on YOUTUBE about this CERTAIN APPlication. Lol I wonder why. Check it out on YouTube guys.
I am ecstatic that most (if not all) of the website features are available on the app; very easy to use and excellent form of mass communication!
By far the best system out to send out text messages and calls for and type of events. Haven't had any problems at all!
We use this service at our church to communicate with our members and it is a great tool. The only downside I have seen and why I didn't give 5 stars is because there are times it does not send the message completely or even at all.

Claims that it will do one free call a week. Except it requires credits to do that one "free"call.. Newsflash, if you have to buy credits, then it's not free.
