It's impressive how much lag there is in the app. It's like using an early touch screen car radio. You get a quick 5 second break to rest your fingers after every interaction. I think you'd need to intentionally program this much lag into an app built in 2022, no joke. I know apps for government banks which have a better UX. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because it helps with reloads/bill payments by saving card details into the app.

What the hell happened to my dialog? Its a verstile app if it worked smoothly and perfectly. But its quite the opposite. When its loading, it takes a considerable time to load and after that it takes a lot of time to refresh. This is not good. And also when I tried to add a credit card for payments, it does not continue. Only a blank window appears and thats just it. I really hope you look into these errors and fix them. It has a lot of small bugs that makes the app a headache to work with.

Haven't you guys tested this app for performance? Screen navigation and loading is extremely poor. Takesaround 10 secs to load a page which is below par. Good app with many features but overall user experience is below satisfactory. Also why isn't features like Netflix subscription integrated to the app for ease of adding without having to navigate out of the app? There are so many improvements you guys can make. Also i keep getting "oops something went wrong" error message quite often.

This app crashes itself and to say its slows down always. I've wanted to say this for a long time but your connection is the worst it takes a long time to download anything via WiFi. I even play games with it and the ping goes unexpectedly high with no reason please fix this issue as soon as possible or else you may lose many of your valuable customers including me.

MyDialog app is the slowest app I've ever used. It takes years to load the home and going through different services. It's very important app to all dialog customers. So please fix your app ASAP so it will be more convenient to the dialog customers. Hire some good developers who could be able to fix the app. Thank you!

Features are good specially easy payment way. But overall user experience is poor because app actions are very slow and no indication it is working in background. Clicking an account selects something else 😂. unbelievable. App need to be properly tested with weak networks.

There are serversl issues thst i see in this app. It's utterly useless - poor performance, take ages to load data - How the hell you do the outstanding balance calculation?? Why can't you really do a real time calculation on how much we gotta pay. Paying several thousands and suddenly gets a message saying that i have reached the limit - and when trying to check the details it never loads or can't even send it as a mail. - before introducing new features test all you existing features

What the hell are you doing Dialog? Why is this stupid app so slow? I connected my dialog home broadband but I can't get the information about the balance and other stuff due to this app's very poor performance. It always diaplay refresh and refresh and refresh, but it's not showing the details. Honestly I'm enough with this app. I really hope Dialog company will give a quick response by empowering it's performance...

I haven't been able to open the app at all for the past few months. It keeps crashing as soon as i open it. Ive been using the webpage for reloading and it's a big hassle, having to enter all our details every single time. Please do something about it.

I'd give this a 4 star atleast if this app wasn't so slow. It takes like 10 seconds to load and even more time to change from one number to another, which is annoying. Please look into it. Sometimes the app even crashes. Mobitel Self-care app is much better.

This is pretty convenient app handle your connections but the performance and stability is quite disappointing to see even on modern capable devices. It would be nice to streamline the performance like other apps of the same level.

Not a great app. My payment details don't show and then they cut my bill . I have already filed a complaint but nothing. Sometimes my payment details are not clear so not sure if I am paying extra. Honestly considering changing from dialog after over ten years of having it.

I've been a dialog user since the beginning and still recommend..but the app is totally crazy! It take years to load and that's so sickening. Please consider the speed and other than that options are pretty fine. as Srilanka's top service provider..the app should be more effective and anyway thanks to developers. Keep improving more

The functionality of the Dialog App is great. However it's not user friendly and rate of responsiveness is relatively low compared to other Telecommunication Service Providers. The Dialog App needs more improvement.

Very very slow when opening and refreshing the app. Even latest update also same as previous and nor any improvement in performance and optimisation. If your team unable to do, give this to a 3rd party and get it done. Otherwise your reputation on telecommunications industry will go down and will leave the customers very soon. Thanks

Worst app in the world. As they say, dialog is the main communication network in Sri Lanka. But they can't maintain the standard of their own app itself. At least app developers should have considered on the speed of the functions but seems like they haven't use an app before. Highly shame on your service. Consider of the matter & work on fixing the errors. Unless you do it, It will be an black mark for your company forever!

One of the worst apps ever used. They say the future is today but the app speed is 20 years back in dialup era speed. No quick loading, accounts auto removing full of bugs and time to load the data is too high.

Slow slow slow !! No real progress ..This app is still terribly slow to load and change screens. This is STILL the WORST app that I am using and its ridiculous that Dialog is unable to fix this for almost 3+ years. Requesting urgently go back to the old app. This new version is a disaster.

It's so slow and low-tech. Edit (post-Dialog's response): The entire app needs to be re-written. Its user interface isn't great, but more importantly, using it wastes time because of how slowly it runs. Not a seamless experience at all.

Efficient app comparing to other networks. Also brings premium experience while go through. Easily access huge rage of services from my dialog which is appreciative. Bring UI & UX updates. Most of the time server has a delay response. Expecting More : )

Ever since the app update, it cannot refresh the info, saying that there is a systems issue. So the user cannot see his credit or data balance. Extremely low ux, not sure why you are releasing new versions before having them tested. This is bad. Please fix asap.

App hang up and does not open. Dialog internet is also getting so slow. Telephone conversations are getting interpreted and not so clear anymore. Data connections - Before data connection 4 bar signal and after connection it drops to 2 bar or 1 bar signal. Getting worse.

Need to optimize the app both on Android and iOS. The app takes very long to load and is very slow both on iOS and Android. With better optimisation the app will be really good. Overall it's a really convenient application. Looking forward to Dialog improving this app with more future optimisation updates.

Your Dialog application works very slowly ... it's very annoying .... our time is wasted. It takes a long time to open anything else in the application. This is one of the most failed apps of every year..a daily slow working app....hahaa... (Get advice from a good software engineer and do load management on your app.)

Yeah, it saved my time, thats why i'm giving 2 stars. App is too slow and sometimes it is freezing. You should think about user experience than everything. And i suggest to make a lite version of my dialog app to just check our balance and recharge our account.

AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WATSE YOUR TIME! Worst user experience I have ever had in my life! Takes about a minute to load the UI and to refresh the current page. Absolutely disgusted with this app's UX and response time. Just thinking about using this app gives me a headache and I have opted to use other methods to access the services instead of this app.

Really slow.takes around 30 seconds to open the app and when navigating feels really uncomfortable when we have to wait a long time strring at the screen to see the next step. Please fix this. Being a large network company and having such a poor app is a disgrace to yall

App is very very lagging. Network is so bad that I use other network check the app. They charged me a bill Rs. 1300 for disconnected router over 8 months. They said it was the system which automatically added to the bill. I prefer Airtel.
