Worst app I have ever use. Even though our internet connection is strong, there is interruption while watching the vedio. But they never hesitate to deduct the chargers on time.

Don't install this app.this app is not effective and useless. First two days it's work properly but after it was lag. Can't watch any cricket match properly.

No method of adding tv channels to "Favourites" in ViU app. That's a huge disappointment of the Viu users. Please add "My favourite tv channels" section as soon as possible.

Making this app free from data charges is a welcome move. But Eventually I used Android 11 but now I am using Android 12 now it is not working. Please fix it

Some local channels are not supported for this app. Like 'Sirasa TV'. Is there any way to install them?

Most frustrating app ever😬 errors occur frequently and you dumb people couldn't fix this. We're paying for this. Sort this asap

Worst app ever...earlier it was work fine..but now it's not working...i want to watch naagin 6 on colours tv...please do something...

This is a good app.you can watch tv by smart phone for only 5 rupees per day.but arises some problems with dual dialog sim in your phone.

The app is "ok" but not great, for those of you who say that the app does use your data, i suggest you sign up on the app, that might fix it for you. Overall, the content you get in the app is pretty limited in my opinion but if you do have an existing DTV connection ,this app would do more for you ! I didn't notice any data usages (for now) , the audio quality and resolution of channels are horrible but bearable..i guess lol ! It would be great if you can add more content like english movies.

The worst app ever. Earlier it was working fine. But now I cannot play even a local channel. I called the technical devision and explained the issue. The lady who answered the call said that they will send a command and it will work and hang-up the call quickly. Still I can't play any channels. And my rating is a big 0 (Zero) for both the app and the technical support.

Do not download this. None of the channels work most of the time. The cricket matches keep buffering for a while and then they get shut down completely.

I use this app. So it is ok. But This app not give some sri lankan tv channels. They are SIRASA TV, TV 1, SHAKTHI TV. What is the problem ? I want to complaint about it. Are Sirasa and its other channels of dialog enemy? Please give thia channels to us. Government dont like Sirasa Tv. So, dialog dont like too.?? What is the problem , why dont give this channels to customers .?? Im very angry about it.

Cannot even login to the app , it keep saying verification code cannot be sent for days and days and I downloaded it 2 weeks back from then I try login everyday but it keep saying verification code cannot be send, worst ever app , delete the app from playstore or appstore

Worst, don't know where to start, your faq page says two things 1. Based on your package you will be able to watch your regular DTV channels on viu app 2. On the same faq page it says yes you can watch your DTV channel packs. And here I am not able to watch anything not even local channel Called dialog and they said tha customers who had subscription above 1000 Rs pack will be able to watch the same pack on viu app, Wasting our time, effort and money on this app. Dont reply with the same msg

It is disgusting when the channel being watch can not be rewind because of stupid recommended programmes shown over the time line scroller. Please be kind enough to fix it.

Worst money diggers. Don't download it. I subscribed and can't watch ipl. After playing 15 secs it shows unable to connect to source. Then why you are streaming. couldn't get ipl stream in this power cut situation though having 5 bar 4g signal. Don't go for it it's only scam dialog .😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Most hilarious app i've seen so far. This is a joke compared to other steaming apps, and dialog has made it so difficult to make a complaint against the app!!

Worst app ever.Only thing this app does correctly is charging daily.Always can't play and sometimes stuck in the middle

not properly functioning with blue stack 5 (on windows 11), app openes but sream keeps on loading without any vedio

Useless app just a waste of time and money.videos lagg even with 4g+ connection.

Making this app free from data charges is a welcome move. But most often it takes a lot of time to load the channels and videos. Some channels don't work at all. Moreover, you never experience an uninterrupted streaming. Please fix these issues and, believe me, it will boost the reputation of Dialog.

I am not able to watch any channels, Even though I have synced it with my dialog TV account it asks me to buy a subscription to watch any channels, Even VODs and live tv. I have contacted tech support many times but they just disconnect my call after hearing the issue. Edit : Thanks for being responsive ! (I've changed my rating) please consider optimizing the app to improve speed and reduce lag.

It's a good concept. But very often 90% of the time the application lags and so slow both in terms of loading the application and during streaming(my internet connective is fast enough, other streaming services like YouTube and Netflix works perfectly). Please try to improve that weak point in the app and I'll definitely rate it 5 star.
