Nice app. The profile interview is nice but long. There is place for improvement however to allow patient to navigate back and forth while filing the profile and to be able to add a new line in the textbox when adding more infos on the symptoms

Piece of shix. I tried to use this app 2 time both times it was a waste of precious time. Didn't work. Don't want to waste time explaining just take my word don't bother. tired to delete the app and re download and it lost all my profile info. Just simply waste of time

My workplace had me download this. They thought it would help me. I'm sure it would have, if it ever let me past the login page. It never logs me in and just endlessly loads. I really needed help tonight and this app didn't even give me the chance. Biggest disappointment.

The app is quite easy to use. The support team are very professional and caring . The questionnaire may seem a but long , but it does serve a purpose.

Love this app. Was on hold with Tele-health for 3 and half hours. Then i suddenly realize i have this Dialogue app which is provided to me by my job. Hallelujah. Thank you Lyne for being so helpful and answered my concerns promptly. In and out within 20 mins. Will be relying on this app during this pandemic for sure. Feeling grateful.

This app is simply amazing. I've used it multiple times and was able to get help from a practitioner in less than 10 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE. The practitioners were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. The app is just so easy to use, amazing work from the dev team.

They can't see your medical records. You cannot upload an attachment into the app... When you go to the website to log in and try to send the attachment, it brings you to the play store or app. Looking for healthcare providers : shows me mostly Quebec, but that's not good programing for a default as OHIP will probably not cover any services there without a lot of paperwork.

- Add a good search bar to find things right away. - Give me a list of options to make appointments (e.g. Blood Test), and then in which clinic. - In overall, you need a lot of work to improve your app

Everything went very smooth and efficient. It saved me few hours to find a doctor and visit them in person. The practitioner was very professional and handled the call very well. For certain types of diagnosis or follow ups, this is an amazing way to connect with health professionals. My toddler son had skin issues and we were able to exchange photos and did a live video call to discuss. It worked out very well. I will be using this service a lot.

When you receive a video call there is no ring tone. So it is very easy to miss it if you are not staring at the phone at the moment. If you miss a call they will charge you 25$. It is as if the absence of ring tones is designed on purpose to make you pay these 25$...

Occasional delays/ glitches with the chat section. Otherwise, very easy to use and straight forward.

This app is a very efficient way to get medical care for minor issues without missing work/ using your sick days unnecessarily. I highly recommend!

Quick response and easy to use/book an appointment. Any help is great and this app is a good first step to getting access to that help.

Absolutely useless application. It's a virtual clinic. But there is no clinic. They just say go to a doctor. So what exactly is the point? Diagnosing rashes? What a technological advancement you have made dialogue....

Quality services, the first contact team are helpful and patient, the medical professionals too are very accommodating, they even follow up their medical advice. I experienced it, and the prescription I got has been efficient.

Very inconsiderate staff, tell you to wait shortly but give no ETA. They suggest that something is urgent and that you should see a doctor immediately for something minor, but refuse to explain and leave you hanging with anxiety. They will charge you for being late when the app crashes. Avoid this service.

Website doesn't work in Firefox, mobile app doesn't work if the default browser on the phone is not Chrome.

The app is unresponsive when you really need it. Why create a health care app when it keeps loading.

In my experience, much faster and more versatile than alternatives (like telehealth). I've had nothing but useful experiences with them and they've made certain things much easier. For example, I had an illness that required antibiotics. I got a video call appointment and a prescription within an hour or so. It was especially nice that it completely circumvented the (otherwise necessity) of having to go to a public place with a high concentration of sick people.

I was doubtful at the beginning but wow the service is great. The application is easy to use. I had no issues connecting and getting the help I needed for my health issues. There is, however a bug in the app. Despite activating notifications for it on my phone, it is not notifying me whenever I get sent a chat message. I keep missing messages for booking my appointments. I think the app would deserve a 5* review if this could be fixed.

Inconsistent quality with service. Some people are really great and communicate well. Other times you can't get help with basic medical needs which really defeats the purpose of the app or there are long wait times for appointments. I'm also frequently referred to go to emergency when it isn't an emergency or to an actual clinic when it could quickly be resolved by a doctor via video call. This is highly frustrating.

The service provided by the health professionals is good. The app/web app on the other hand requires some quality of life changes. The one that stands out to me is the text box. If you tap or key return/enter it triggers "next" rather than carriage return or next line. Making entering a list of things unintuitive.

Had an appointment and a follow up. Everything went smoothly and professional.I avoided a visit to my doctor, which can take some time at the comfort of my house. I guess it has limitations buy for now it serves the purpose
