Crashes soooooo much and I've been locked out of my account 4 different times. Even when you call it in, none of the bankers know how to handle it so it doesn't see maintenance for days.
This Is stupid and useless each time I have issues with my login,just last night I can't use my app on my phone again and coming back to playstore I saw this new app and after downloading it I still can't use it ,you all are just not okay
People talks alot, so let's see how it works too then i can give the rest. But it shouldn't be mandatory cuz everybody got rights and options.
It's useless if it doesn't update balances on time. Very bad glitch or it's the bank itself
When ever i transfer money to anybody,the money will be deducted but the person will not receive the alert to confirm the transfer,is a very big issuse now to me,pls i need a correct .

Please i can't access this new app and even the old one i have in my cell can't open anymore. Please you people have to do something about this because there are some people that have access to their account only by using this because of their apsent to reach to their banks like me. I am out of nigeria and this is the only means i can access my account and now i dont know what to do

most these low star reviews make me laugh. I've been using this app for a long time and hardly ever have issues. mobile deposit is great and login wirh fingerprint has been awesome. ive also been using this bank for many years.
