The app works alright but seems like it's optimized for use with iPhones. I have a galaxy s10+ and the automatic image detection feature for mobile check deposits never works. I have to turn that setting off and take the picture manually. When I do this it says it could not detect my signature and I have to confirm it each time. The picture quality always seems very blurry compared to what my actual camera does.
This app is useless. Only get this app if you are so incredibly bored that you want to continuously enter your username and password for them to ask for it again and for you to still see absolutely nothing in regards to you own personal account. Waste of space on anyone's phone, and waste of time and life. Just call them. It will save you months on your life
App used to work great. Up until a few days ago. Can no longer sign in with finger print. After I type my user ID and password in I can only see my balance. When I try to view my physical accounts it says banking session ended.
every update the check deposit via camera feature gets worse , tried every lighting / bacground / no flash combo and still wont deposit. I have to go to the ATM drive through like old school now? old:fails constantly "Your banking session is expired. Please login again"
I have been trying to log in to my app all day and it won't open at all. All I am trying to do is get my balance and I get get it to work. Kinda irritated about that. Otherwise I haven't had any issues with Diamond Credit Union app in the past.
Dcu ... Your new app is awful.. ever since your upgrade mobile deposits don't work.. we've had to deposit checks in branch since the previous 2 updates. The branch says to reinstall the app which is no solution.. if I didn't have multiple accounts I'd move to another bank just for this function.. what a disappointment...
Horrible app. Mobile deposit never works. Tried the suggested uninstall and reinstall as well as taking the check photos in other light sources. Terrible coding, terrible UI. I hate that I am now stuck using this app.
Normally would give a 5 star review but ever since yesterday my mobile app won't load. I cannot get the app to open at all and it was working just fine before this. Please fix whatever the problem is. Once fixed then I will change my review.
Having a lot of trouble with check deposit picture taking process to the extent I gave up and drove to the bank to make the deposit. Never had this problem before these last 2 months! 😫
The app does not consistently remember to trust my device so I have to constantly give it my credentials. Problem enabling fingerprint login as well.
I am so upset with the new updates. You have decreased what I used to be able to access by 80% . Now all I get is balances and transactions. Horrible changes.
Horrible. Keep getting locked out mobile banking. I'M SORRY is the answer you get everytime. I'M SORRY doesn't fix it! They need to bring their system, EMPLOYEES up tp speed in customer service.
Nice convenient app to check my account information and make quick transfers. However, it will not let me deposit any checks.
It doesn't except my screen name and password. Continuously locks me out. I use the same info online and I'm on. Fix it!!
has some quirks, but the upgrade has been good. Wish there was an option to see you're password when you enter it.
The app is giving a bug that won't open. It stays in a black screen.
New customer hopefully this app gets better with time. I feel like they are a new bank. I also bank with First national that app is years ahead so far
This used to be a great app but since the upgrade it wont stay logged in for more than one minute.
The app rarely works for depositing checks. And support hasn't been any help.
since the new system update i can no longer deposit checks and it's much less user friendly
Last week it just quit uploading. I've reinstalled and to no avail.

After 9/22/21 update face unlock doesn't work.

With only one exception, every time I try to use mobile deposit, I have issues getting it to accept the check. I use a dark, non reflective background, I make sure there is sufficient light, I use auto capture, mobile capture, etc. and still I constantly get error messages. Check image not visible, amount not visible, etc. It is frustrating that it takes almost a dozen attempts, with each check, to get it to work.
