Basically worthless. The app has so much potential, but the use cases are minimal at best. It should support the same or similar functionality to the website, but most of the functionality is missing. It doesn't have many of the properties listed on the website, making it very frustrating to use. It won't run on my Galaxy Tab S6, because it thinks I don't have an internet connection when wifi is enabled but airplane mode is turned on, as I don't subscribe to cellular service.

Non-functional. After installing, I started the app and got a mostly blank screen. When I did click on a button at the bottom, it asked me to login. After entering my credentials, it sat there with the little spinny circle for several minutes, but never did get logged in and never showed me any useful information. Deleted.

Diamond Resorts continually has issues with creating a functioning app. They had a similar problem late 90s/early 2000s with setting up a website that one could make payments. Someone reviewing wrote that this app used to work and then no longer allows one to go past initial sign on; I am experiencing the same and having to go in by keying in the site address. This seems to work but it looks like a completely different site aesthetically. Perhaps they didn't update the Playstore?

This seems like a good idea for an app so I have it 2 stars. However, I have yet to be able to access anything. The furthest I've gotten is seeing a list of places I'd like to look at before it freezes me out. It's only conviennent if it's usable so I hope that someone takes a look at these ratings and makes some changes. As of right now, I'm not overly impressed. With as big a company as you say you are, you should be able to hire someone to create a workable app.

Disappointing. Told at resort we can use app for express check out, discounts etc. App simply does nothing when I try to log on except show a spinning blue circle which eventually disappears and leaves you showing the login screen. Logged onto website via my laptop to confirm I was using the correct credentials.

Worked fine for a year, now just refuses to open past the initial page. Was useful when it worked. Diamond Resorts say it's a problem with my phone, but it worked for a year on this phone, I've done all the changes they suggested still not working.

I noticed that there was a new app. So I uninstalled the old app and put in the new one. Now, I can't even get into the site. This is NO help. I don't even get a message saying the passwords don't watch. We pay tremondous fees every year. This should work. Pleae advise and fix this!

Unlike others i can log in ok. Sometimes get the white screen but if I wait a few minutes the homepage loads. My biggest issue is when trying to view resorts other than the one in my reservation. It just shuts down the app.

This app constantly crashes. It makes it almost impossible to explore destinations. This app makes me want to cancel my membership with Diamond Resorts and go with a provider who puts at least a little care into their online interface.

Cannot even install the App on any of my devices! It says it is not compatible ... I have 3 devices, so this is particularly frustrating! Never had issues loading anything before ... very strange!

Unreliable today, will not even load at all today on any device. Resort are saying use app, but can only do that if the app actually loads. Continual issues the App continues. Appears to be no improvement coming. It's getting to be the worst App I use. 🤨

In a loop trying to log on. Says incorrect data, so I re-register as a a member (after years of already having been registered) only to come back to sign on the app and get the same incorrect username password combo message. Uninstalled.

Horrrible app. Can never log in. Always greyed out. Can't use for any account access. At least the last lousy app they put out allowed you to get some minimal resort info. For all the $$ I pay in fees maybe they can get the app to work.

This is a very poor app and an absolute waste of time and space on your phone, I uninstalled it almost immediately. Poor search facility and most of the links take you to the diamond website which you may as well go directly to in the first place. One star because I couldn't leave zero.

It simply doesn't work. Wish there was negative 10 stars. After spending tens of thousands from Diamond Reaorts, you can't even get this app to work properly? Shame!

Very slow, when it does work. Frequently locks up. Information technology is not a Diamond strong point and this app demonstrates that.

Really poor. Trying to use the app to pre-book parking at the resort seems impossible. Has made me start to look at alternative accommodation.

Almost pointless to have, advertised by diamond resorts as being useful to book slots for pool etc in current climate. App directs you to call the reception, I could of done that anyway.

Sorry but this is a really poor app for a global company. Registered for an account tried to sign in numerous times but cannot access. Staying in a Diamond Resort and the app apparently offers information and special offers but sadly I can't access.

The App is very slowly and often crashes. It is not obvious when a request has been sent successfully often resulting in unnecessary duplications

More than half the features dont work on android smart phone, no way to explore destinations, google maps are no where near, poor update

Terrible! Can't login, but can access the main site with my username and password. Defeats the purpose of offering resort information and discounts through the app.

I just installed the app but then I'm unable to create and account. So annoying as I'm going to one of the resorts on Saturday and was asked to use the app. Come now...

Very poor app. For such a huge company the app should be so much better. You can hardly ever get on to the app. It keeps throwing up sign in errors

Rubbish keeps crashing Select a resort. Go to events. App stops and crashes. Brand new samsung mobile so loads of memory.
