App has not worked right for the past week. Cannot login because it keeps crashing.

Bad app. Takes forever to load. Used to be good until recently. Yes I have latest version and I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Bill Pay hasn't been usable for nearly a year. Check Deposit check image acceptance very difficult. Accounts/cards hacked into numerous times.

Very slow to log in usually times out

Very convenient and well-made. Only issue is that the "transfer funds" option always brings up an error when trying to transfer from checking to savings.

Decent app except for the mobile deposit feature. I'll make you want to toss your phone in the trash :(. Every time I've tried to deposit a check it's given me 5 kinds of hell. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options.

I love everything about this bank except for the mobile deposit. it's never works properly. and it causes me so much strain just for it to work. since I live out of town it is a major thing for it to be working. it's gotten to the point where I may just switch banks and I was trying so hard to avoid it because everything else is just so great.

It's very easy to use and so convenient.

excellent app. makes everything super convenient. really glad dvfcu did this. never have had any issues with it and all of my transfers and bill paying is made easy.

the app is pretty user friendly. the quick balance widget will not refresh since the latest update. continues to say loading but never loads.

When "my Bank" dissolved my friend, a long time member, suggested DVFCU as an alternative to traditional banking. Among the best advice I ever received And followed, an above average Credit Union! I was sceptical about online banking for several reasons but eventually gave in and tried. This app is commendable for it's ease of use, understanding, capabilities, security and response time. I should have expected a phenomenal app considering DVFCU'S commendable staff and services! Thank You!

Convenient for paying loans if you have a checking account as well. I do wish it was easier to find information about the account, such as the full account number.

Since the update I can no longer use the fingerprint option and it will not show me my accounts. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of the app.

I've had no issue I've used it for years. I love our local credit union and I love the app. Great team! Wouldn't move unions for anything. I've been with them for over 12 years.

Works great, transfers are easy, dashboard is simple and easy to understand

Hard to get all corners in picture. Other than that I love the app. Its great for us that love DVFC and live out of state but want to keep our accounts with you.

I like being able to get my information quick and easy. I also like being able to deposit checks without having to go to the bank.

I love this app. I am able to take care of my account on the go. I have never had a problem and it makes transferring money quick and easy
