The diasend® Mobile App allows you and your loved ones to easily track and share your diabetes progress right from the palm of your hand. And, signing up couldn’t be easer. Here’s how to get started:
1. Download the app.2. Start it and sign up for your Free diasend® account (within the app). 3. Login at www.diasend.com and connect your glucose meter, insulin pump or CGM to the system.
That´s it! You have now unleashed the full potential of diasend®.
The diasend® Mobile App lets you easily:

• Identify possible patterns to give you better control.
• See at what times you typically test.
• View information from your favorite activity tracker.
• Share data with your health care provider.
• Combine data from different devices in one report (diasend® is compatible with more than 140 different diabetes devices).
For users with phones/tablets that support NFC:If your smartphone or tablet supports NFC (Near Field Communication) you can also upload data from the “GlucoMen Areo” meter directly to diasend® through the diasend® Mobile App.

Lack of immediate feedback when uploading, and overly complex looking medical UI. Makes very little sense when you first start using it. This is the worst user experience I've seen for years, like an app from 2012. Why are Novo Nordisk recommending this rubbish?
It seems ok but could do with a widget option to see live CGM values from my daughter's setup instead of launching app each time etc. Also needs ability to download CSV of uploaded data. If you can act on this and care about the comments from the users in the other posts please feed it back to help @ glooko etc directly, thanks
Dissapointing and uninstalled! New freestyle libre serial number is not compatible with the diasend uploader on my pc. The diasend website solution until an update is released is to use this app to upload your libre results. IT DOES NOT WORK! The app gives a message about NFC not being available so can't upload. Contrary to diasend replies about just ignoring the NFC medssage, YOU CAN'T! It will not work without NFC. Really poor service on Diasend's behalf.
All of a sudden it stops sinching with freestyle libre. Second time since I use it. I reinstalled it after two years and same issue again. Disappointing. Update. Following the answer below, the shame is all on Abbott then. Thanks for the prompt reply
I had to uninstall because I wasn't unable to turn off nfc permission on this app. This stopped me from using LibreLink for nfc by default. I dont want to have to open LibreLink app everytime I scan. I only wanted the app for quick access to data after linking LibreView app to Diasend. Also, a dashboard widet would be cool foe this app.
NFC not working with Glucomen Aero 2K. The fact that my prescription was changed by my doctor and they signed me up for Diasend and it does not work is shocking! I can use other apps, but my doctor cannot review my results remotely which was the whole reason they made me change meters. If the NHS is recommending a product that doesnt function, how much are you guys paying them? This isn't just an app you can test on the market and fix later. This is people's health you are meddling with!
its annoying how you cant use this app unless your phone has NFC! otherwise would of been a great idea! Why can't it work with infrared or Bluetooth instead most people have this on their phones! Maybe a thought for the future?
Using Samsung Galaxy s8 plus and a glucomen areo 2k, which won't connect to the app via NFC. IT looks good just wish it would connect to my meter. Waste of time
Worked fine but meter died and now i cant get my new meter to connect, all help say is go to meters in app etc but there is no where in app that lists your meters
I cannot connect via Bluetooth or wi fi to my PDM. I've tried everything and still doesn't pick up my PDM. It's supposed to be simple?? No thanks.
Since I started using Freestyle Libre I use my Accu-Chek Mobile less, but wanted somewhere to combine all my data. So now I use Diasend which does. Diasend also imported all my historical from my old Glucomen Areo meter too, so no data loss for me. I really like it. 5*
I love Diasend but am really upset that Abbott are stopping the link from 20 January 2020. The timeline is really useful and you can't get that with LibreView. I've complained twice to Abbott but they are not answering. I don't understand what they are playing at.
A great way to review information from my Omnipod, doesn't have all the features that the web version has, but what it does have it does well.

very helpful, especially on this days with Covid -19. i dont have to go to the clinic, just sharing the results with my midwife very safe and easier. Thanks Diasend team 🥰
Don't know why the NHS is using this app for diabetics like myself is terrible can't upload using NFC as it doesn't connect.. Waste of an least one hour of my life and I'm also angry and frustrated! I'm using a Huawei P20 Pro and a Glucomen Areo 2k! Don't waste your time..
Connected fine with my Glucomen areo 2k and I am able to download the data from it via the NFC on both my blood meter and phone without any problems
Keeps saying I need to update to a newer version to log in but there is never a newer version available!
No ability to print reports. Disappointed. Not really useful for me.
Never uploads my glucose levels, so I can't share with the hospital! I would never recommend this app!!
When in Canada I can upload data via my chrombook or smartphone I will give more stars. Its 2021 this kind of thing should not be a problem.
I just wish that it was possible to connect the Samsung Healthcare app to Diasend, so that my activity could show up there..

It's not very useful if you don't have a PC or mac because you can't upload
Providing a birthdate field on the register screen which only allows you to move 1 month back per tap. This means when you are 40 that you have to tap (40*12) 480 times to get to your birtdate. This provided so little confidence in the ux of the app that I stopped there.
