App isn't functioning properly since last month. After I open the app I can't see any display options. It's just plain green or white in color. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. But problem still persists.
I have applied for opening a new account through Dubai Islamic Bank Apps and uploaded all my documents but I am having trouble in final stage terms and condition. My application cannot proceed. Can you guys help me? My problem is the last step. Terms and Conditions. When I click on it. ( I have read and agree) Oops! This service is currently not available.
The worst app ever. Very primative and always have bugs. For almost 2 days now i cannot open the app because after i sign in and it takes me to the offer page and click on remind me later or not interested, the app totally close. I uninstalled it and re install it again still nothing in addittion to no back option and the app get stuck many times that u need to restart it both IOS and android
It's too frustrating, I carry BlackBerry Key2 phone running Andriod 8.1.0 and the App suddenly stopped working, it always show 'We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later' i have filed a formal compaint and till date the issue is not resolved!
Worst application; it does not allow you to open an account. It's very inconvenient to scan the documents and then get an error on the "Agree Terms & Conditions" page. NB: We would like to request that you please close the branch in Emirates Mall because we are receiving poor service from there.
Its very frustrating to open an account on dib, i tried for how many times but still no luck, i tried callong customer service they advice me to the nearest branch, when i arrived there no ones want to entertain me because it should be online, but the app is BUG, atleast let me open an account on a branch, or not fix the bug, i just checked the term and agreement its showing document mismatch, i spend lot of hour on branch and they telling me only on app,
Very Bad Experience.. When ever I use my credit card 💳 if I spent 30 aed it will show me in the statement 50 aed in statement it's showing i get cash back 💸 but in real it's not reflecting in account. Even I pay the credit card 💳 bill also but still it's not reflecting in account at same time. Am using other banks 🏦 credit cards also but they have very easy access and fast service I never pay them even a single Durham extra but DIB always deducting money without any reason
Horrible??? It takes all input data/credentials then closes off..it happens several times and I reported many times but still no response or action taken in this matter!!!!!!!
App is good but don't do international transfer the bank will hold your amount for a month and then release it with deduction you can't imagine. Terrible experience I don't encourage any international transfer from DIB you will cry for help, no one cares.
Since 6 Months, this app is being crashed everytime it is attempted to login and it notifies that the developer has to fix the bug issue, unfortunately DIB has never tried to fix it.
App keeps on crashing on Android. I always have to log in 2 or 3 times. Can you please fix it? I tried uninstalling the app but still the same.
I was trying to open a current account .. it took me 1 hour and in the final step the app popped up with document mismatch. But my documents are all correct.. disappointed.
It's down since last week. Please fix the bug or your server. It's a recurring issue to not be able to log-in due to some rrrors or another. Very frustrating.
Dear DIB mobility, I changed my phone and I didn't use the security questions for long time. When i wanted to login i forgot the username which took me to the security questions that i forgot, now to resolve this I had to go to DIB website and do quick login then modified it from there. Then i got the username then I logged in. In my opinion this is not practical and not user friendly. Regards,
Application shuts off automatically. This has been happening for over a month. Tried reinstalling it but the issues continues
Very weak app, been trying to scan my visa copy for 2days but the app is not capturing it. Maybe this app need laminated copy for it to work. Lol I went to the branch also they need all original copies for all the files that was registered to application. I am disappointed. Since I want to close my account from another bank, but I think no need.
Worst app Not at all user-friendly. Difficult to operate in all aspects. You can add beneficiary only while transferring money, WHY??? And the payments and transfer are slow in all sense, and deduct money for domestic transfer. Most of the times its so slow to respond and literally you feel it's better to goto bank for deposit/transfer or check your details from ATM.
First time the app was unable to detect scan the documents properly had to try at least 30 times to get the documents scanned. Now it gets stuck on the security question page. I have tried everything, but it always get stuck on that page. I am not able to create the account, tried multiple times.
All the way to open an account... and at the end of the process after many mistakes.... one more. Document mismatch and my time wasted!!!!
Hello to register account online is a problem. The scanner is not working properly, no matter how you scan your I'd, it will tell you it can read the data. Till now I have not be able to open account
Been trying for 2 whole days now... Doesn't progress past the sect questions page when I try to open the account. Tried relaunching and reinstalling the app too. I can't reset the application process either. Tried visiting the bank in person but they weren't helpful either.. online contact us options aren't responsive either... Horrible experience thus far
