The Dibella's app has been changing a lot over the past year. It was generally getting better but not happy with where it ended up. Sort of it's worst iteration. Biggest thing is having to log into the app on my personal phone every time. Don't log me out! The interface is much less intuitive as earlier versions as well. I'd prefer to start with a past order and then to tweak it if desired (including the sub ingredients) but that's not supported. Need to start from scratch or order copy exact.

This current version of the app is absolutely terrible, every time they update it the thing seems to get worse. Buttons are half cut off the screen, you have to log in through a popup to another browser, it doesn't save your logins, there's annoying popups for news and other things on the screen, and it feels like it was made by someone who has never used a phone before. Please revert the app to a few versions ago, I don't understand what was wrong with it that Dibellas decided to make it more frustrating to use. I actively decide not to eat at Dibellas because of how bad the app is now, and unfortunately its just easier to order a complicated sandwich through the app rather than walking into the store.

The app used to be pretty intuitive to use. Open the app and have them scan the QR code. That functionality is gone or is hidden. They tried my phone number but that didn't work either. I have the receipt but no way to scan the barcode to earn my points. They been to change it back or at least give some of the functionality back.

I used to order monthly from the app with no issues. Then they "updated" the app and I can't even login anymore. Go to reset my password and it tells me my email is not valid even though it's the email they're still sending me promos to. Go to create a new account since apparently my email isn't valid, and won't let me create a new account because my mobile phone number is being used (yeah, by my old existing account you clowns won't let me login to). Horrible update. Bring the old version back.

While the apps for dibellas we're never great, the new experience is all time low. Login is a mess if u don't use Facebook or Apple. Ordering is overcomplicated. Was it really so bad to just have a list and some buttons? Have you guys ever seen Chipotles app? Prefer the subs to anything else in the area but this is definitely keeping me from ordering as much.

I used to be able to walk in a store, place an order, bring up the app and get my member code scanned to get my points. But the programmers have struck again - no code to scan and the cashier has to enter my phone number as well as apply my discounts. Zero stars!

This app just keeps getting worse. It was great before the UI design a few months ago, which not only made the app less accessible but erased my nearly 200 rewards points and made me start from scratch to get the $5 off I had almost earned. With the most recent update I can't even add extra meat to my sandwich and the order again button is broken. Really disappointed with this app these days. Edit (Feb 2022): I can't believe this app has gotten worse. I wish I could lower the review to 0 stars

The new update sucks! Where do I find the QR code for to get points? Should have left it the way it was. I don't want to battle with an app just to scan at the register. I don't have this issue with apps for every other restaurant that I use.

This app sucks!! They totally destroyed it with their new version. All you can do in this app is place an order! You have no way to access your rewards..none! You need to go to their website for that. Someone needs to lose their job for this!!!

App overall works very well and accomplishes its purpose. The process of "confirming" every choice for a sub is a little wonky. After navigating through the screens of bread, size, and toppings, the app will return you to the previous option to confirm. So you navigate through the screens once to make your order, then again in the opposite order. Threw me off at first. Rewards work very well.

This app used to be supremely simple to use. It just worked. Menu items were easy to find with descriptions right there. Unfortunately now I have to dig to find what I want with haptic feedback buzzing at me with every touch for some reason (not something I find useful in most apps). Still love your food but I don't know why you had to mess with the app. Make it more difficult and people won't want to use it.

Terrible app. Terrible website for use with mobile phones. App notifications begin to open upon tapping then shut down. App in ordering asks for Favorite store then when ordering asks for store again. App tends to go back to main screen when tapping selections in order. Tapping in the middle of selections doesn't work, you have tap arrows. Doesn't remember credit card info even after entering it and hitting, save. So many more problems in this app. Their I.T. needs a complete overhaul

App sucks. Logs you out constantly and then signing back in takes an act of congress. I'd call the store but them answering is hit or miss. Bomb subs though. Updated to a 1 star.

I installed this app on my Pixel 4 XL today running the latest revision of Android 11. I've had nothing but trouble with the keyboard not appearing while filling out a new order and the app repeatedly crashing. I was unable to get anything done so I uninstalled it. This app was definitely released before it was ready. The manager in my local store told me today that the Android version of the app has been nothing but trouble since it was released.

Changing your sub to grilled last should not mean "Auto fill to the default vread, cheese, and all the toppings." Grilled means grill the sub I've made, not grill it with the default options.

Complete garbage. Eat here almost daily during the week. Lost all of my reward points, and cannot access the reward program anymore even though I am getting emails stating my offers are expiring.

Horrifying. No functionality. All you can do is place on online order. Do not install. This reminds me of how apps were in 2008 on my iPod 0 edition.

This app needs a lot of work. although the option to reorder a previous order exists, when you press it it just takes you to the regular menu. I needed to update the expiration on my saved card, nope can't do it have to delete the whole card and reenter everything. I love dibellas but this app is subpar

This app is useless. I tried three times to place an order and it is unresponsive and I was unable to complete the order. Very frustrating. In addition, I have been given two discount codes, both of which were lost because the app crapped out in the middle of my order. Lastly, I made an online complaint to the corporate headquarters and nobody ever responded. I think that it's time to go elsewhere; it's not worth getting aggravated over trying to buy a goddamned sandwich from this company.

As many other reviews have already stated, the version of this app as of the date of this review is horrible. It is a huge step backwards. The entire rewards systems is now gone. How much longer will it be before DiBellas releases a new update?

Favorites feature is gone. Order Again never works, when you try to place a past order it takes to the menu page. It's easier to call in or just walk in. Unable to load a gift card to the app. Love their subs, hate the app.
