I am having the same issue as some others in these reviews. The app will not download my games nor the plays from BGG. It just sits there and spins. I have emailed the developer with no answer.

I really enjoy this app. The developer was really helpful with sorting a bug that was limiting my use of it. Customer service us exceptional.

Looks like a nice app, however, it will NOT synch my BGG account. The loading wheel just keeps on spinning. You must fix this!!

not overly comfortable with putting my pw in an non official app, but it works great (much better than the official app). well done

I love this app, but it won't open since the last update.
Installed after seeing on BGG forums, after visiting approximately 3 screens an ad popped up covering apps navigation buttons, ad had no visible close button. So I could not use app anymore. Either have a fixed ad section (reducing the size of your app window) or make payment for the app upfront and cost less. Right now it's an uninstall due to poor UI experience.
