Please add a history button. Otherwise, this is the best dice app out there. Very pretty, lots of customization with the looks and physics. But, it also has the BEST system I've seen for presets. Honestly, I felt like you had to either have good custom rolling features or good looks until I found this. It has both. It only needs a history!
Such a nice app with very pretty sounds, the collection is beautiful and it can handle very large rolls (one had a roll of 74 percentiles and it handled it like a champ). It would be nice to have a scroll or something you can type in to get the correct number of dice as the font is quite small but it does exactly what it's for and even let's you change things up. (Don't fudge your rolls, cowards)
The app is nice and works ok, but the fact that it needs an extensive tutorial just so I can learn how to roll some dice made me very tired. I gave up because I was looking for something intuitive and easy. I think this app could use more work on its interface and usability so its easier to do things. Other then that, I liked the many options of colors and effects for dice, like the glow in the dark one. I like pretty dice! I just wish it was simpler to figure out!
Its great! I really like it, only thing id like is more choice of backgrounds or be able to choose your own photo. Also to have like a stopping point around the edges, so the dice bounces off the edges because right now it overlaps and doesnt look as good. Anyway, thanks for the great app!
Absolutely the best dice app. 3d models rolling around is nicer than just RNGs, and this is way better than the other big 3d dice app. You get control on size (zoom), which helps with cocked dice, but also the ability to nudge. Choice of surfaces that affect friction and bounce for flavor, and so many colors to mix; even glow dice that look great when to dim the lights in the app. There are graphic and light-detail options to assist with lag. Best of all.. BEST OF ALL.. no ads. Seriously how does a perfect app like this exist these days. A rare gem.
Used to have a dice roller app that I LOVED. It had custom everything: colors, background, sides, dice shapes, and transparency. Had everything from d2 to d30. This app borders on that app. It has tons of presets and potential but lacks customizability. I want to set my colors and the sides of my dice to photos. I want control over my backdrops so I can roll them across some clouds. TL;DR: Best working physics dice roller out there. It has BIG potential but I wish it had more customizability.
It looks really good, had a few crashes but nothing a restart didn't solve. Can't seem to setup exploding dice or other configurations like rolling 4d6 and ignore the lowest die, stuff like this would make the app better. The dice selection screen is logically structured, yet unnecessarily cluttered. Would probably be better on tablet than phone since there are too many dice options.
The texture of surface is a bit low; looks odd with higher quality dice. Also, it could really use custom dice & surfaces... Most of all, this could REALLY use the ability to only reroll some dice to truly make it useful... Maybe let us select dice to hold/freeze in place during a reroll... I appreciate the lack of ads & open features. An option to donate within the app might be nice, or make custom textures a paid option... I can't use this much until I can hold/freeze dice, but looks nice!
The Perfect Dice App! No ads, the ability to use modifiers, handles large quantities of dice when I need it, mix and match dice types for any rolls imaginable... This app could not get any better, functionality-wise. As an added bonus, the app is great to look at with different dice styles to suit the taste of nearly anyone. If you're looking for a dice app for your role-playing games, look no further! THIS is the app to get!
best of many dice apps I've used. Great physics, satisfying sound effects, easy presets, dice variety. My go-to. Only complaint is the name is not search friendly - literally every dice roller comes up when looking for this one. Maybe put your name in it as an easier way to find it when installing on a new device, etc.
[edited]May break if you roll too many dice. after about 10-15 dice it starts to lag very bad on medium to high graphics settings, this is a non issue when used on the low graphic setting, and the app will completely break if you fill the screen with dice even on the low graphics setting, though its unlikely to happen in regular use.
Love it. I recommend this app for any D&D players who might need dice. Why spend 20-200 dollars on irl dice when you can give this free app a try. You can preset dice for certain needs, like I have a preset made for when I need 4 d6 to roll stats for character sheets. So many colors to choose from even a glowing set. You also can change the surface you roll on and it actually affects the dice roll. I love this app.
Great app, overall. only issue I have is that when you want to make a cusrom selection of dice, you have to restart the selection if you tap even one die wrong. Other than that, the app is ideal. (I would say perfect, but perfect is opinionated, so ideal works better.)
Always one of the first apps I re-install when I get a new phone. I don't like to carry my dice out and about and like to "roll for decision making". Super helpful. Also does big rolls really well, residual when rolling up monster stat blocks! 32d12? Done!
it is beautiful, easy to use, and ad free. the only problem for me is the d6s are not numbered as in traditional gaming dice set, but are dots. a bit disturbing when I try to add the numbers in a glance.
I love the concept of setting up different presets to keep characters separate. The problem I'm having is how the app determines when it should be a preset radial or the generic radial. A dedicated settings button would also help.
this app is great. if you need multiple dice at a time this app can do that and the realness of it Is amazing. you dont even have to set up thing over and over just save what you got and you can access it instantly from the rolling screen.
I'm loving the options for physics and dice. I'm not loving the clunky sub-menus, but the menu access rings are fun. Admittedly there's not much one can do for the sub-menus. They are what they are.
It does the job and it's been very helpful when I didn't have any dice at hand. Being able to add presets to the roll is also very good as I can set them in case I don't have access to my character sheet. Overall, I recommend it.
excellent for sum-bases RPGs. I, however, usually play in success based RPGs, where you count the number of dice over a certain number to get your roll score. If it had that option, it would be perfect.
Nice options and graphics, it has customizable presets, and a simple interface. It would be nice to have more options like dice popping or drop the lowest
Good App. A lot of dice options and surfaces. Could benefit from the ability to customize color personally. Or additional "gem" dice color options. Beyond that... a potential 5 star app.
Wow! The amount of customizations is amazing! You can adjust the physics, the surfaces, the dice, the light, the glow, the way you throw, the everything! Holy cow!
Let's you roll multiple dice of multiple types and add modifiers. All the dice variety is amazing too, the perfect app when you need to roll more dice than physically possible.
Good work. Very configurable & good range of dice. Would be good if a long press or double tap could decrease dice selections, rather than having to reset all.
Woah this is definitely the most ambitious and fancy dice rolling simulator out there. The dice reacts realistically when I shake or move my phone and there are so many die shapes and colors and tabletop types available. No ads too! I'm gonna enjoy this. Only gripe is the file size is unusually large for a utility app, albeit a very cool and physics-accurate one.
