poor app construction. it's 2022, there's really no excuse for having a lacking app. App asks for your address on pickup orders after you fill everything else out for some reason, so I double checked that I had it set to pickup and not delivery- then had to re-enter all my card info. Wouldn't let me register for an account because it never sent the verification email. Wouldn't let me use MOM5 coupon ($5 off minimum of $25 order, mine was $27.50 before tax). etc. Please work on this.

Cannot create an account! No matter what email address I use, I keep getting a "login failed" message. I've tried using my Facebook account and they say my phone number is already associated with an account. I've tried "forgot password", and it won't accept any of my emails. I have tried numerous times on different days and I cannot get the app to work. I'm not a computer genius, but I'm not dumb either, this app is just difficult to use.

I get offers all the time through my email saying that I can order it through my app but when I go into the app I can't order the offer that was given to me in my email. I also can't get any deal in app to load ever. The app runs fine for everything but the deals and it can be frustrating trying to order online when it doesn't work.

Scanning receipts using the QR code only works sometimes. It is cheaper to order at the store than through the app. You will get inundated with notifications. Your rewards will expire before you can use them unless you eat there A LOT! Just not worth the hassle.

Always love Dickeys food. The app hasn't worked in several days, just a white screen. Doesn't need an update and I'm afraid to un/reinstall it for fear of losing my 3300 rewards.

Just downloaded the app, I can't sign in at all, app seems frozen on sign in page. I have a coupon I can't redeem now online or the app, pretty useless.

Works well except, but there's no easy way to use codes, especially when pen and paper aren't handy. Please create a redeem button or something similar.

App does not let you log in, they NEED your address just to get some pick up... food is good but app needs a ton of adjustments.

Not great. Having to choose a window instead of just ordering for ASAP incentivizes using a third party app instead. There's also no way to redeem rewards for delivery orders, which seems a little dumb. There were also several available options that were grayed out/unselectable for no discernable reason. Lastly, when I tried to apply my reward, it made me start my order from scratch to do so, and then it didn't even work. Also logged me out? Not a good app experience overall.

Rewards program gives you 10 points for every $1 spent. So it was 70 points to redeem a sandwhich, 30 for cookie etc. Now it's 700 points for a sandwich. I have to spend $70 to earn a free sandwhich now? $25 for a free drink? Ridiculous. When this changed they also took away about 600 of my points. Such a rip off.

Always a problem. Every time I use this app, I hit a snag. Whether it's inputting my credit card, setting the pick-up time, choosing a location...there is always something. Sometimes out of frustration I just cancel the order altogether or order in the store instead. And since the app requires an update nearly every week, it should be free of glitches.

The design and UI navigation are well executed. However, I personally had to click checkout 6+ times because it wouldn't load. Also, the discount code I entered adjusted my total down by $5 but then I was charged the amount without the discount at checkout. I was ok leaving a $5 tip for carryout since they gave me a discount. But I was charged for the full amount without discount and including tip, seems like false advertisement.

Overall easy & nice experience. I enjoy having a photo of every menu item. However, in my case, for side bread, you're forced to pick from three choices.. But are only actually able to select one of the three-the others are grey. I really wanted the other two so I called the store to ask & they just aren't carried at that store. That's fine, but I had already selected my store when ordering so I don't think I should have been taunted with those better options I can't have! Check-out was a breeze

Works well so far since the latest update. One thing I don't like is that it automatically adds a tip. It can be removed, but if you don't notice it... seems sneaky. If I want to leave a tip for an online "to-go" order, I'll do it when I get to the restaurant and see that it's ready, the order is correct etc. But overall, the app itself works very well and is easy to navigate.

Easy to use, navigate, browse, and checkout. The local favorites are a nice touch and the availability of items seem to always spot on. I haven't ordered catering through the app but I wouldn't see that there would be any troubles. I haven't had any crashing issues or slow loading, so I am confident the app should work for most of not for all who used it.

Everything works well on my s10e, up until the payment part. Easier to just set up all your info at one point from setting up the app (like window to window)- rather than having to select your profile and put your information in. Also, the selection to add a card after an order does not go to anything, the confirm button at the bottom doesn't take you anywhere so that little bit will need a link added too. Thanks for an app! 🤘

This app is useless. It very seldom works properly, if at all even. Trying to submit loyalty points is a huge PITA even when it is working properly. The developers need to take a serious look at how incredibly simple Cafe Rio's loyalty program is. Its lightning fast w very minimal buttons to press to get your points recorded . And, get this..............it works 99.9% of the time.

I love Dickeys but the app won't let you sign up for an account and it's difficult to even get through the process to that point. I try again every couple months and with an iPhone or Android but to no avail. I saw there was a new app and it had just been updated but it still has all the same problems. The error messages are too vague and meaningless to help the customer. I work in IT and have even built sign up pages. I know how to sign up for an account. They need new app developers.

Definently a bit difficult to start up. Got into this app via tmobile tuesday, but then had problems redeeming because you need to use the website to redeem it instead of the app. This is only if you made or have a pre existing account. Also making the account is something of a chore. Once you get past that, however, has a fairly intuitive interface and ordering system. Except the loyalty area, it's alright.

Took 40 minutes to do an order. First put in the order as delivery then went all the way thru to find out there was no delivery available and instead of just changing from delivery to pick up the order had to be completely deleted and had to start all over. We were real close to not even ordering because it was so diffucult to navigate. The app needs a ton of work. Dickies has awesome food and would hate for them to lose business because of this.

Two major annoyances. Can't use gift cards in app, and can't remove certain selections from items once they've been added. If I select a sauce on an item, then decide I no longer want sauce as an example, can't remove the sauce. Have to delete the item from the cart and start all over. Very odd omission and very annoying. Not to mention the whole not being able to use gift cards which is MIND BLOWING...

Does not memorize my address or what Dickies restaurant I order from , have to enter it every time. Ordering process is not straight forward, neither is the rewards process. So many restaurant's apps are so much more simple and easy to use. Giving it two stars instead of one just because it does work... once you figure out how to use it.

Terrible but wonderful food. The user ability of the app is frustrating unreal responsive at times I'm missing the basic elements I'm fields like example no apartment number you can put in and when you try to do it remove it. You cannot even select different drinks flavors. After 35 to 45 minutes a frustration and placing my order they don't even have ribs bow been nice to know on the website or the app.

Literally the worst app. Unable to make a payment at all! I could deal with the lag, issues with adding a promo code, etc. But it kept telling me to add a payment, while displaying the card information I already had on file with them 🙃 After 20 minutes of fighting with this app, I gave up. There's always issues ordering online on a browser as well. So in summary, it's impossible to ever order from Dickey's.

Nothing but problems with this app since February 2019. I have missed probably 200$ in points because of the issues. On 9-20-2019 alone I spent over 90$ for me and my family. The order showed up in the app for order history but I never received any points. Just today, I re-downloaded the app going for improvements. I was happy to see a notification that anniversary and birthday rewards were added to my account; however they were not there when I looked in that section.

Useless for points if you go into the store. Tried to use the QR and enter manually for loyalty rewards but neither of fhem worked and I didn't get the points. Tried to uninstall/reinstall the app and it still didn't work for entering loyalty points. If they're going to offer the rewards, it needs to be way easier than this. After 3 days of trying, I give up and have now lost the rewards. 😑

Limited menu options. Have a 'Sides' area. Have different size sides available. Please have more customizations on selections. Have more sandwiches with different meats available. Update: As of 21 Oct 2020, the app has gotten worse. Hard to start order. Navigation is cumbersome. Checkout has lots of problems. Had to call the store to see if order went through. These problems can't be good for business. ☹️

Slow to navigate, doesn't tell you if out of something, just won't let you push selection but no idea why. I've attempted to get $5 off a few times but never got it to work. The order of selections is mis- listed at the bill total, making me think our order will be jumbled with wrong items in our boxes. Some items say put of stock but some ( that don't say out of stock)still let you order even though the location is out of certain items ordered.
