The app give very low rate for the trips even it cover the expenses hardly, the profits is very poor and many tech. Problems with the App when you just accepted the trip, as well stucking on traffic is not counted

Very very bad app,it gets slow many times,so many customers do not arrive and do not know how to cancel either,so many customers cancel after i arrive to their location,i do not experience these strange things while using uber driver,ur app is a disaster.

In Cairo Egypt specifically the app calculates lower rates per trip than any other app and when asked customer support always say it's the captains fault because he takes different routes than the app suggests. There is a huge problem with this app and there are many mistakes in the maps in the app and even the maps on google, which makes it unpractical to stick to their routes. Also it doesn't compensate for traffic jams and only a ridiculous amount for long time on trips

Again, there are many problems to use the app, one of them, There is no option to change the interface language to the English in applucation settings, and the navigation language, or voice, and no option to mute the voice during the trip

Change the language by himself no option to change the language to use the app, the verification code not sending

Very sloppy app ...why it ask to access to the media and photo on the phone ???

There is several issues. - Couldn't find any option to change App Language. - The map doesn't sync with my Android Auto. - It didn't give me an option to setup my bank account, so wonder how i will receive my Money?

How come there are just two cities in the application? Cairo and Alexandria ?!! I work in Hurghada and there are many people works in Uber and indriver and they wanna use your application but they can't find the city ( Hurghada) in there . Please add it . Thanks

Uninstalled it right away after downloading. U asked for a permission to define my location with choices ( all the time - while using the app ), But it's Fake choice. It's obligatory to select defining the location all the time (and i did by the way) But the most frustrating thing is asking for an obligatory permission to Access All mobile photos and media!!!!! What on earth would be the benefit for DiDi to access my personal stuff?????

There are a lot of problems with the system .. Bad customer service .. No solution to the problems .. Calculation of the trip is wrong

I have to uninstall and reinstall everyday because otherwise I won't receive any trips, but it's getting worse, now I've been trying to download for approximately 2hrs on WiFi and on phone data and it doesn't download. But I can download any other content. It's been having a lot of problems lately so I've been opting for working with Uber

Bad very bad in my city Bogota Colombia ,we don't have support for the driver , the distance for picking up the clients are very far mor than 15 or 20 min the app has a menu for cancellation but nothings happen just the driver is blocked the rate for the services are very low ,please working better without drivers the app do not working tks.

Make it an option in the settings to change language from Arabic to english for god sake guys

The worst app to work with they only care about passengers money ,if you have an emergency they you on the phone unstead of sending the fk police. 2. The nee upgrade dosn't work properly you have to uninstall the app so you can start receiving orders only then while you on the old version of the app because the new version sucks. 3.If you rejetc 2 trips on a row you will loose 20 points (10× cancelation) bgetbuou down pretty fast to loose you minimun 75% required so you wont get bloked an more..

Very bad experience driving with didi and it takes big comission and the app does fonction well the need to make some changes for making it bether.

The default language is Spanish and some words still Spanish although the all app deals in Arabic

Extremely Stupid App. Simply not found to be work in Egypt still required to be compatible as language go Spanish and send messages to recommend captains and the App. says not available in your country , very bad kick off 😔😔😔👎👎👎

Sometimes the app bugs and I can't receive any trip, however it still sounding like when I receive a trip and my accepted trips goes down Now when I add a directed trip it doesn't apply and I still getting trips to anywhere else but the location I chose so I must cancel trips

Whenever you select the directed trip it does not work it only gives you one trip and then deactivates on its own it really sucks cause then you have to end up rejecting trips and lowering your acceptance rate

If you want to operate in Cairo you have to do more than some ads on a Giza road and 200 L.E referral awards, and remember that the captains needs to be tempted to open your app to make a big name of yours, comparing to the competition. And please advise how to change the language to English, as it got updated to several languages automatically.
