Literalllly just got robbed by our delivery driver.. They said the food would arrive at 10:20. Then they came half an hour early.. Then after waiting 5 minutes.. He canceled the order and we only got $5 back out of $386!!! 💀Definitely the worst service I've ever had. And 1000% would not recommend to anyone.

All good, just the last update won't show up my level status, and can't find it anywhere else in the app. Thanks and keep up the good work.

24 hours credit card verification?? Are you kidding me? What kind of business practice is this? So I spend consider time picking what exactly I want to eat, enter my address and finally add my credit card as a payment. Click pay, and get a msg that I have to wait 24 hours for my credit card to be verified? Wow! What a waste of time and poor business practice. Also most menus are in Japanese with no option to translate it. Copy/paste feature is also disabled.

Worst app ever, it will not let you edit some settings. Why the hell do they need access to images on the phone. Total waste of my time trying to set it up properly

Draw over other apps is not working and does not allow to receive incoming orders.

It *NO LONGER* gives me the option to leave notes prior to entering the order. Some of my coworkers have allergies and we end up giving calls to the stores for specifications, which in many situations do not respond with courtesy. Also the messages after order is places are taken likely or completely ignored by personnel of the stores. Please fix or I'm leaving this rating as is.

Do not recommend it at all. They will never activate your account. You are better off delivering using a different app.

For some reason it won't take my id, and when I try to change the picture it won't recognize the change, bullsh!t.

Same issue as others reported but decided to install app to see for myself- kept giving me "ban operation" notification and the city was in Osaka, Japan lol. I deleted it immediately. Poorly developed app.

This app wants to manage your calls, take pictures, manage your storage and know your location, and if you don't grant the permission the app won't launch.

2 hour waiting and options are always less than ubsr ears even on same restaurants, packaging is also different.

Takes too long to aprove new accounts.

Won't let me change my location. "Ban Operation " message. I see DiDi here in Mexico but won't let me use the app.

No order options, only registration to deliver. Also you cannot change location from Japan.

Poor development. It could use work, by investing more on software developers instead of just marketing.

In manual accept option the accept order option is not available. Only decline option available
