Die TK-App

I've been through the Nect verification process three times already in order to link my phone to the account. After each time, the tk app crashes. It's basically worthless. Edit: I tried again after they said the issue was fixed, but it still doesn't work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it still crashed.

Contact form does not work when text has apostrophes. It only says that text contains invalid characters but doesn't say which. This is a major problem as apostrophes are very common in English. As the result, an English speaker may not be able to contact reach out to you at all

App crashes because of the broken identification process. Unusable. Edit: The identification process only works in German. The English one failed after multiple attempts. I'm not confident in the development of this app.

Opening TK Safe takes quite long. It takes about 10 clicks just to upload a picture. Afterwards the app is not responding anymore and I have to restart. Why would I use this if no doctor uploads anything? Now it's just a clunky backup solution.

I enter login credentials, and click login button. I can see a loader and then, it doesn't log in. Credential text fields are empty, no clear information what happened. It happens each time I try to log in.

The app still hasn't an English version. But my concern is about the app doesn't update cycling activity from Google Fit. I participate in the TK-challenge, but there is no way to win: app takes information about steps from Samsung health, but doesn't count cycling distances. So sad.😔

I have happy with the range of things TK covers. So far I haven't felt something very unjustified when it comes to paying from my pocket. The bonus place are very good. And reimbursement are also quick and hassle free. Overall very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my contacts.

Useless, uses nect ident which is the most useless garbage ever. And when that doesn't work there's no real useful information on tk.de...

It doesn't remind you when your bonus points are about to expire.... And bonus points are money. It should have at least that... And some other things that I won't even bother to explain...

i rated this one star because of its unreasonable device requirements making it only available to people who can have the latest and greatest phone which is unreasonable for this kind of app which should work for everyone. review was deleted. great way to cope with criticism.

Login doesn't work, no error message. Useless. Also, doesn't even open in my rooted phone, "due to security". TK thinks they are a banking app or something like that, :P I'm trying this app only because "My TK" website is only in German, so I'm forced... this is horrible. Please fix the website in English, as promised to me when signing with TK. Also want to express my hate to the SMS 2fa method. I'm abroad and unable to use the online services because of this. On the phone they said is for security. Nonesense... due to security I'm unable to do anything abroad.

Fingerprint ID does not work. Connecting to Google Fit does not work, when you have multiple Google Accounts - it only ever allowes you to connect to the first account, never to the second, where I actually keep my Google Fit data.

I have to say, this app has improved a lot over the last few years, to the point where it's really convenient to use. Thanks TK! Also, btw, for having (still limited) English support. What I still don't like at all is the fact that the Selfy-ID process forcess you to download and install a 3rd party App!? If you want to use a 3rd party service for ID that's fine, but just use a browser-base link instead. Adding unnecessary apps to people's phones for a single use case ist not OK.

Everything is okay but would be a lot better if the app is in English. I believe there are lot of users who does not speak German and is not acquainted with it. It would definitely help for internationals like me for whom understanding everything in the app is important and required. Without having it in English, translating every options or features is not user friendly.

I like the app interface and UX. The App used to work fine on my Google Pixel 2 XL and then suddenly it stopped working after an update to the app. After trying to uninstall and reinstall it, it says that it is incompatible to my device. My device is not rooted or there aren't any other modifications. Please help me figure out what the problem is.

Glad that English is now available. 1. It's annoying that requires to re-type the password every single time you open it. Makes it even less secure because people are encouraged to put short and memorable password instead of a strong one from a password manager. 2. I would like to be able to find doctors and specialists and book appointments.

Two words: great app! Well done, TK! However, I have an issue with the TK-fit. It requires connecting it to Google Fit, but it failes to read data from Google Fit. Then I automatically get redirected to the previous screen and I cannot choose FitBit. I tried reinstalling the app, cleaning data in both GFit and TK app. No luck. Samsung S10e, latest software.

Nice app. I enjoy the TK-Fit feature, but unfortunately some sync issues with fitness app to count the steps makes the challenges hard to complete even though the steps are properly counted in the fitness app. Would be nice to have the option to sync data from previous days or add it manually with screenshot as proof.

Guys love the app but the sync in TK fit doesn't work anymore. But uninstallaing and reinstalling the app solves the issue. Thanks for the great app.

What an easy and convenient way to exchange data and do health related business with the TK insurance when all is done digitally through a great app! Great job and a high bar for anyone else trying to compete with them.

Was very happy but recent changes are making steps sync a mess. The app is ignoring some of my steps and informing me that I failed a challenge. It's so frustrating when your weeks of hard work are ruined by faulty app.

I cannot access the data permissions to sync the Samsung Health data to TK fit. Besides that app is working great.

I am very disappointed with the TK fit cycle addition. You can only synchronise with Google fit and that app is useless when you record a bike ride. E.g. one bike ride was 30.1 km and Google fit made this into 3,67 km. If you look at the map the whole route is plotted. In one word USELESS. And also very frustrating. Google knows of the problem since a long time but hasn't solved it or isn't interested in solving it. Please integrate it with MI fit.

Effortless claim and easy process in the app. Also email service is good that makes communication fast and paperless.

You need some activation code or Video Idemt just to activate it lol. But on the browser I can login just with a password and a confirmation code. Really smart ...
