The app offers a good range of nutrition in combination with workout but not to a satisfactory level. It is very limited in term of number of workouts a week max 4, also it does not allow to select a daily workout or a meal plan over the week. Only tips of what a day combination of meals should be used to consume calories below your need. You may need another app to help you record day by day meal and workout plan.
