Good start to a nutrition based app, but it needs some work. It doesnt have basic things like almond milk in there added and it's a pain to do it yourself. The app is easy to use, but its lacking in food items. All the other apps only really count calories so it's nice to find one that looks into nutrition. Not 100% accurate either but it gives you an overall good idea of what you're lacking.

Far better than other apps. It has some mistakes on values. Search facility is not practical and needs attention. Owner seems not caring feedbacks. But anyway it is really easy to use and especially practical to see most of the data on the same page along with progression bars. Diary copying to another day must be added. Otherwise you must enter all data from the sctrach everyday. Also weekly and monthly progress chart might be added. Anyway many thanks for this great app. Very useful.

This app is a great start towards watching your nutrients daily. It is fairly easy to use. BUT, I truly hope they continue development updates. If so, they could use a better data base, a smoother ability to add info, some kind of pie or bar graph to help you compare days, and or see improvement.. I wish there were more apps that focused on your micronutrition instead of just calories and macronutrients, thats all well and good, but micronutrients are vital to health too.

This app is great in that it counts not just calories etc but a complete breakdown of vitamins and minerals from food and drinks consumed. The only downside is that the list of food and drink to choose from is limited and except for wholefoods is not brand compatible with British users. However there is the option to add in custom foods (if you can find a complete nutritional profile to copy for them elsewhere).

The concept is great, but there aren't enough foods. I could add my own foods, but there are too many foods missing for it to be useful. For instance, greek yogurt isn't in the database. Annother annoyance - I filled out my foods earlier in the day and couldn't delete one after. I would give it 5 stars if it had a comprehensive database similar to myfitnesspal, and improved their user interface.

Really wanted to like this app, but it needs some work. The first food I tried to log was not in the database, so I attempted to add it. It was a pain. Things didn't match up with the nutrition label on the package. For example, it was making me enter the exact milligrams of calcium, but the calcium on the package is in percentage form. I shouldn't have to do that much work to enter a new food. They really need to expand the database, and include bar code reader functionality.

Absolutely fantastic. Shows all vitamins and minerals, very accurately too. And unlike the other apps available it doesn't just focus on products it focuses on fresh goods also, which is perfect because I only eat fresh, so I can count 100g broc with 15g garlic and 5g basil if I like.

I like the concept but it is way too much time consuming to search and enter each items. There should be a way to scan your food at least. Other apps are more user friendly. It is unfortunate because it is kinda what i was looking for...

The concept is great and I love that it shows vitamins and minerals too, not just the usual sugar/fat/protein, but adding foods is painfully tedious. For example, when you enter milk it doesn't give you normal milk on top, you have to scroll through all kinds of baby food containing milk first. Then it doesn't have any milk without added vitamin A and D, which is what I'd need. Then it asks you to give your serving size in grams rather than milliliters. Very awkward :/

Seems comprehensive but it's not of any use to me as, in the daily diary, fats aren't broken down into saturated and non-saturated. I found it very difficult to find simple ingredients; for instance "skimmed milk" is listed as "milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D".

Great app, good database. Theres a little glitch where the progress bars dont fill with colour on the daily nutrition but if you swipe all the eat to the left and back a few times it fixes it

Great app, pretty easy to use and gppd layout. Really like that it measures so many vitamins and minerals where other apps focus on carbs, fats and protein only. Areas to improve would be: can't work out how to edit info on added foods? Offer a kj converter? Allow copy paste of "meals" rather than re-entering all the individual foods, and allow viewing of nutritional info of foods within your daily consumed (as in clicking on them to see info within that day would be handy)

App is good. Would have given it 5 stars if it had more vitamins, minerals and coenzymes. Some of the nutrient data was incorrect. Room for improvement. Its not perfect but overall it is good.

The base app looks great and would work someone who has the time to do thier own data entry on thier food. The app doesnt pull information for you, you have to enter it.

Tho. L. Apr 4, 2019

No response on help. The app is exactly what i want but when entering a custom food you are required to enter a weight in grams or ounces which then modifies the nutrition information you put in for that food. if you cam stop being forced to enter that weight i would give 5 stars.

Very hard to use. Food directory is restricted and doesn't allow you to browse common supermarket products. Forces you to choose from a list which is very vague.

Leo. S. May 22, 2019

Doesnt let you type in exaxtly what you eat and give you data back of the vitamin mineral breakdown. It give you canned options. First of all, sugar is poison so sweets should not be on the list. All the meat options show 0 fat. Fat is good. Carbs are bad.

Great app but needs a food referace like the app "loose it". This one is too limited but Wow! what a great idea! Please continue to improve the food bank, you are really onto something here.

I love this, it's not perfect but as far as I know, it's the only one of its kind. The food search is not great for uk users but you can add your own foods. Thanks :)
