I've been using this for months, and really like it for its simplicity. I'd hate to see a cluttered screen. I like that I can backup to a CSV and use Excel on it. I have 3 suggestions: Implement a simple search function to display records containing the text. Allow category edit. Food is food and doesn't need 6 choices, but exercise could be walking, cycling, gym, swimming etc. Autosuggestions drop off after a month Can this be 6 months? And can we see the whole text?. Great app and 5 stars.
Fairly easy to use, no bells and whistles. It doesn't have a thousand fields to fill in. Could do with a scroll down bar when you fill more than one screen, just to visually let the user know that there is more to be viewed if they go back to the entry at a later date. There's a copy option that doesn't seem to paste.. Haven't figured out how to use it yet..
I love this simple diet diary app. It allows a lot of flexibility. I can use it to add other notes about my physical health, activity, rest, and more for each day. I think it will help me see what foods might affect my daily functioning. It also time stamps AND allows you to go back and adjust the time stamp. This helps me to see how frequently I'm eating and drinking water and is flexible for other useful data too. I recommend trying it out and seeing for yourself! I hope they update it too.
Good, but Needs features. It really needs a calendar function, so you can move more quickly. If I am looking back at my diet for the last 3 months, I have to swipe 90 times to get there and 90 to get back to today. Quite tedious. Or, if the export feature could export all data or at least a month at a time, that would be great. Then I could just look at it on the computer.
App is really simple. I just want to input a food without filling out 10 fields. Reason for 4 stars is the the calendar icon doesn't open the calendar. It just does nothing. Edit: ok tapping the date at the top opens the calendar which isnt very intuitive since there is a calendar icon right beside it that seems to just bring you to today's date. Also, it's not apparent that you can swipe left and right to see previous and next days. Still a great app, but maybe make those actions more apparent
Vey basic, simple and easy to use. No calories or portions required. I really just wanted something to allow me to easily see what I'm eating so I can try to make better choices, and this is perfect! Once I've inpit something once it offers it to me when I start typing it again! I love it!
This app allows you to keep a record of what uou eat and drink, you can also do notes on your weight/mass, exercise,etc. Reason for not 5 stars is that there is always of improvement. Only problem that i find is the position of the + sign. When the page is full you cannot see typing under this sign, surely it could be moved to the top centre. Would reiterate what I wrote earlier the + sign should be on the top.
There's many apps available that do many detailed things concerning the food that we eat. I only needed a simple yet functional app to record what I am eating, when I am eating it. This beautiful app is perfect, functions very well, & is ads free. Excellent app!
I am so happy to have found this app! No weighing portions. No counting calories. Simple. Click calendar icon in top right corner to submit an entry. Swipe left to right to see previous days then click calendar icon to jump back to current day. I lost weight right away!
I love that you can keep a timeline through the day. It is all free texting and so it accepts everything I enter. I like how you can add supplements and meds also. I love the categories and drop down menus to identify different types of entries.I wish I could get it on kindle though.
Love it. Easy nothing but listing food and drink. Able to make comments. And not a word of "advice... You shoulds etc..." No calories counted unless I want to note them. Love the clean simplicity. Able to look back at the days before and see record. Starts to remember patterns for easier entry more it's used.
love this app. easy to use and easy to read. only thing missing: the ability to pull out certain categories to look at progress (for example, look at exercise history). other than that, great app.!!
It's a very simple app. It's like a food diary, every day you can add what you eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) and drink, giving the time and adding a short description. If you forget, it reminds you through a notification once a day. It does not offer any nutrition information, you can simply write what you ate or how much, but at least it's quick, easy and not annoying. Also, you can download your data at any time. It's basically all I wanted.
