Can't log into the app despite having an account
Can someone update the connection string for the app to point to prod instead of test? We can't login to the app for a while now.
This app sucks. Only emails and what if we don't check emails often? Why they don't fix the cell/text notifications. For most of us works better than be reading bunch of mix mail and junk mail. Fix this app to better serve the costumers.
I already created an account on a browser, but it won't let me log in on the app. When I try to use the input my email on the "forgot user ID" function, it says "no participant user accounts found," which is ridiculous because, again, I have already created an account!!!
Even though I have a Difference Card, this app will not let me create an account. Downloading it and trying to set it up was just a waste of my time. The app give no direction as to what the problem might be.
So easy to use. I was able to submit a claim in literally seconds. Fill in the form and take a picture of the receipt, invoice and/or EOB, and hit submit. Easy! My claim was processed within 24 hours.
Cannot log in to the app but I can log in online with same user and password just fine. This sucks because I cannot upload receipts now. Useless app.
Good when it works. Awful when it doesn't. Constant crashes. If you don't work you fail. 1 star.

Great and quick. Just logs you out to quickly and you have to start over again.

Latest Android OS update seems to have broken this app's fingerprint login functionality.
It wont work. I cant verify my bank. It does not link to my online account!
Easy to use And most of all o get reimbursed quickly.
Not being able to attach PDFs to claims is a real downside to the app.

App is clunky and bad. Site is equally horrible. What they don't tell you is this thing doesn't work without you spending twice the time and resources to manage filing claims a SECOND TIME. DC is basically a scam. They hold your FSA money and deny your card swipes. Massive pain. Work somewhere that has an HSA instead. Not. Worth. It.
