Come on guys this app is trully horrible. Half the tabs are member only one doesnt even work and the test isnjust really poorly done. I entered all the information for my tickets and not a dam thing worked. .
Good app makes it easier to do mark outs.. vs. Calling and having to wait like 30 mins on the phone sometimes.
Awesome and convenient app when you are on the go.
Couldn't locate my ticket, thought the app would be able to connect my ticket to my request with my number.....
Tired of inputting same info such as phone number multiple times
App decided my phone number is not "associated with a mobile device". Unable to proceed past that step.

Great app. Real time saver. I only have 2 suggestions. 1) add push notifications for expiring tickets. 2) add some sort of way for the user to add a picture of the job site for reference.

Occasional glitches and not extremely user friendly, it'd be nice to see all tickets at once, but overall works pretty well and is easy to setup and use.
Great app, very useful. Main issue is that overlays cannot be exited. For example the app requested I review it, but I could not escape the overlay. The app has to be restarted in order for me to use it. There are a few other issues like this where you get stuck on a screen and cannot return to a previous screen without restarting.
This needs to show which utilities have cleared the ticket and which haven't. This is a major issue. Then it will be truly helpful and potentially save lives.
