My profile photo or avatar and also of all family members profile photos don't appear on the app. Have tried changing it several times. Had uninstall & reinstall several times as well as clearing data & cache. No response when emailing developer with the supplied email as well. I am still paying RM5 monthly for subscription to this app. Please fix.
Bad apps experience, always encounter 'connection unavailable' problem even both my WiFi and mobile data are working fine

The app is not working. We are unable to connect to the app for long time. The app keep prompting " Unable to complete your request".

I was able to use this app for the longest time, until recently, I realized that I have not been receiving notifications from it. When I checked, it showed that the last time I was located successfully was back in May 2020. And when I wanted to relogin, it says "Can't connect right now. Please check your Internet connection"! My data network and WIFI is working just fine! Please help resolve ASAP, thanks! 2 stars for now.
