This app works as well as any other app. People that have problems with it quit working should check their ip settings on the DVR dhcp should be unchecked after it gets it's ip address. If not your router will eventually assign a new ip address and you won't be able to connect anymore. Lack of knowledge should not be confused with the quality of an app. Also it works better with faster than 15mbps internet service.
The app hasn't been updated in 4 years and is extremely buggy and looks terrible. Trying to connect to a DVR means constantly restarting the app and dealing with crashes. This is extremely troubling as this is an app for viewing security cameras. Hear a bump in the night or your window break? Too bad because using this app you're going to have to re start the app 5 times hoping it connects
Not sure how the audio part upgrade is supposed to work but otherwise I love my system. Had a professional do the instal. The only regret is not getting the system sooner and using HD cameras. Don't get me wrong, the cameras are great but with HD I'm sure we would see faces perfectly.
Can't add the device! Was working great for the past year, now nada! Called digimerge support, they did their best with no result. Ultimately the tech tried to connect with his own phone with no result! Time to fix the issue gentlemen..
Terrible app and hardware. The app does not rotate screen when viewing cameras which is when you need it, but does in all other windows. It is a terrible port from a terrible desktop app you even need to double tap to select. Unfortunately you may need to use the app if you are stuck with their terrible hardware

it doesn't work,i can't add the DVR,always tell me invalid name and password, tried on different phone. 100% sure I put in the correct name and word. please fix it
This app used to be reliable but as of the last few weeks it keeps crashing and when I do manage to open the app I cannot see my cameras. In 2018 how can a security software not be kept up to date? Just noticed that the software hasn't been updated since 2014! Wow
NOTE: I have this on my Samsung NOTE 4 The phones Does NOT MATTER! 1st Wi-Fi was the only THING I could use this for. Now I fond out how to get this working!. Now I can see ALL my cameras & view remotely, live video !! anytime anywhere !!!. This IS EASY. READ THE NOTES: How to SETUP & IN APP...: 0...Find your Internal IP address for the DVR and that's it, now use the ip address and the port use them in the app and that's it remember to use port 7000 then it will work live of all the cameras.DONE
Can't "add device" now so this app is worthless. I used it for several years with previous Digimerge company and it was great app. Now it's crap. I wrote this on 3/23/16 and tried again on 4/9/16.....same problem still there.
Works great with both my galaxy s4 and s5 phones. 3 years now, and no problems

What is going on with this app? I haven't been able to view my camera's for the last 3 days. Tried everything has something to do with app. Please fix the problem.
Used to work and then one day it just quit working. Tried to reinstall everything and i got nothing. What's the deal? Update your product.

Since switching from my HTC evo on the sprint network to Cellcom and an HTC Deluxe and an HTC Desire I find this app is no longer working. Says cannot find the DVR. Cellcom is no help and the company who installs the camera system is trying but its not looking good. Something is not right with compatibility. The app still works on my EVO thru my wireless network, but not on the new phones.
As the title says, I just wish the company would fix this, or i could uninstall the latest update. As my tablet almost 100% used horizontally, and not vertically; which is the ONLY way the digi mobile picture of my CCTV cameras shows. It is dam annoying. Anyone with answers, please contact me. Can only use it on wifi on my network. Would not work using 3G cellular service. Useless
Works great but how can i add more than 2 set ups. I need to see 6. Help
