Very bad experience with this app. Check the server once in a while please .... Because it is never connected to the internet. Better you provide a phone number so that we can call and check the balance manically. Hope none of your employees are using this app.
You have to change the name financial service instead of bank is better. No debit card, cant reg. In net banking, cant add beneficiary, cant transfer the money to other accounts, Also this app is very poor service.
This app is very slow.....Cannot transfer money from this app..No payment facilities.....There is no ATM card in the bank😒...I didn't get my ATM card😔.... Worst banking experience......
Very poor service provided by this app. Despite of many efforts to open this app, after registering my operative mobile number with the branch, it shows sorry your mobile has not registered with the bank branch. Contacted the bank branch, all in vein.
Worst app. Can't even rate 1. It doesn't serve the basic function that it should provide. Can't open account. Better remove the app from play store.
When ever i try to update my account details using refresh option given in the app, it says "error,no internet " and now it says failed to connect server
Very poor The app is a waste of time mostly .the is not responding to it core function (balance/statement).
Fix the app please, it still has a wait time of about 4-5 minutes to show your balance, it's likewise with mini- statement as well.
Good application very helpful thank you ,but only two problem 1.processing speed is slow fix this problem 2. Atm card no available... please fix this problem
I couldn't log into this app.the pop up has came out with an error message stating that my mobile number is not registered with the bank. However I do see my mobile number printed on my passbook
Very slow to open. Needs more than 10 minutes. Often, doesn't open at all.
The balance after each transaction is not shown in its passbook which makes it unable to use at times
App is done good in its end. But all other procedure have to be done again while reaching the bank, like providing photos, providing copies of documents etc. Then what is the purpose of online account opening,is it just for namesake? Also I didnt got the ATM card from the bank as there were no cards in stock. I am not satisfied from the experience.

Worst app.No correct transaction in account.There is no transaction showing for 2022 January even if there many transaction in passbook.
Pros: 1.Good Aap as a digital passbook. It includes all my accounts. 2. I can go through all my transactions in every account. 3. Deposit interest and loan EMI calculator is also nice Cons: 1. For transaction I have to rely on another app. 2. Not all my near by KGB branches and ATM's shown in the app's map. 3. Not having an option for statement in pdf/xlsx formats download.
please add new options like transfer, pay bills and mobile recharge... even balance enquiry take long time.. please fix it
This app is very slow and time consuming. This app will always have network error.
Very bad app......, And if you going to make a account in this bank forgot about atm/credit cards very bad services
Its not working , can't check balance and statements ,then why we use this kind of application very disappointed 👎👎
Overall the app is good. Two major problems i faced are 1. some transactions are not shown. 2. In a account statement balance after every transaction is a very essential factor which is not present. All other banking apps have that feature, there is a scope of improvement
It's a request guys never plan to get an account in this bank. I opened my account in October last week till now i didn't get my ATM card. For any transaction I need use their net banking. Most of the time OTP failure and it's very difficult to use their net banking. Such a poor service Iam planning to close my account.
Registration not possible from gulf countries. Registration window stuck without responsive. For NRI and Nre account holders totally waste the facility. No online transfers and online banking facility. What the use of having a app to see the balance of the account. Still the bank and developer are in the old school century in a modern digital Era.
