Having problem with verification process and force me to scheduling to meet your agent, there's reason why people choose "DIGITAL" banking instead conventional. There's several bank already use VIDEO CALL on their registration process. And yes that what i call digital.
The application update didn't give any improvement at all. it still have unsolved issue so whenever i want to transfer money after entering the pin, then the apps will telling me that my pin was wrong eventhough it was right. I had to log out several times. Then, on the loading screen it suddenly show up that the transaction can't be processed. I really expect your application will have much much better improvement on the next update or else I will be giving up using DBS for my banking choice.
Back button (next to Home Button) doesn't work. Special characters in password is not allowed. This app is designed for iOS users without any regarda for Android users.
User friendly app, very useful to pay credit card dan buy bonds or mutual fund products in easy and fast way. The negative side is that there are often error (or bugs?) when trying to log in, sometimes need to try few times to be able to log in.
Very convenient. Free transfer to domestic bank. Debit and credit in one apps. The only flaw is only the credit purchase not updated quick enough and took several days to appear at purchase list.
So far have consistent performance & reallly support me when having some activities related with bank and financial activities easily + 100% online. This apps also have perfect security system so I have secure / safe feelings during make any transactions with. Keep up the good service!
Slow performance, occasional error, non real time transfer. I always used the most updated app version. So if the developer said I'm not updating the app they should reflect themselves whether they already done the best.
after last update i cant login... its only appear loading icon. dont tell me to uninstall and re install because i already do it. just fix this bug soon.
I must say I am totally disappointed with the quality of the app. I try to log in many times only to find it failed to work. My fingerprint is recognized but the app won't respond to the login info. It takes forever to let me in (if working) regardless of how great my internet connection is! This app used to be functional until recent updates
it used to be a very good app. then suddenly after latest updates, I couldn't make any transfers. Its just freezing and said technical problem. Poor upgrade where you put your app as the main reason to attract your customer. I now start to think to withdraw all of my money and keep it somewhere more reliable and save.
I love the application but the latest update requires lot of improvements and fixes. I can't update emoney balance, it says fail to update balance, request cannot be processed. It happens also when I tried to open the notification. All the time. I haven't tried to transfer money, maybe other users experienced the same problems? I hope the team can solve the problem immediately.
Good digital bank, never have downtime, i use it daily. Btw pls add feature for transfer to BCA virtual acc
User interface is alright, the issues are the constant lagging and unable to press anything except for certain stuff. Sometimes it may also lag you until it doesn't even respond to your taps. It needs fixing and constant updates. I am quite disappointed because of this. I hope this may serve as a constructive review.
Dissapointing. Many times application not responding and then asked user to uninstall and install, can be 3x in a month and show a casual message as if it is not a big deal for user - which turned out we need to reinstall the app, meaning: we need to repeat all the process from install the app, key in the access pins that will be sent to several different channels. What a hassle!!
After 2 years, still not in English as a choice of language.
After uninstall then download again,same issues it just loading can't sign in😓
Great concept and features. Poor execution. A lot of menu cant be used. It always say: 'link tidak dapat berfungsi'. Sometimes you can check credit statement easily, some other time you can't even check your message. Just updated the app and nothing is fixed. The system behind this app is also poor. I asked for debit card (which you suggest) and no card is sent to me. I did this process for three times.
new updates makes user unable login, progress bar always loading
This app laggy & constantly not responding after I'm switching to Android 12. I need to try numerous times just for login into the app. Need fix ASAP.

I used most of digital banking apps and for me this is on top of the list. for only 6 months use, but it is much more easier to understand, fast, and most important for me was secure. everytime we do a transaction, email and sms. there is i think monthly basis report for your financial. And one of the thing that i like there is a dedicated page for investment. and that is important for me, the data is up to date, information is clear, and is so easy to invest. great job DBS!
After the latest update now the app is totally unresponsive and lagging. The only workaround is to reinstall the app and re-verified the device all over again. It seems a day or two after fresh install, the app will bugged itself and stuck in verification process loop and freeze for every menu. This is such a chore for a banking app which need to be stable for long term and frequent use! Did the developer even test your updates for your app? This is not the first time updates has broke the app!

Before 2022, I really like this app. But now, after biometric recignized, the app keep loading all the time. So I can not use it anymore. No newer update available at the playstore. Please advice🙏
Free transfer to a bank account in NL worked fine, obligasi is ok. Please fix this: Cannot use my non-on-screen navigation back button. And add the feature for info on the annual tax report. Contacting the call centre to request this is so not digital.
Simple app that has everything that I need for daily transactions.
I love this app!! Free of charge with minimum amount of saving, fast, reliable and many promotions. It works to my other oversea mobile phone too. Done nearly perfect for my all transactions. Sometimes it has a little maintenance problem but it wouldn't take too long. I've been using it for almost 3 years.
Digibank used to be one of the great apps i used to check my credit card transaction. However after the last upgrade, the apps doesnt work as it can not open the login page. I saw a lot of negative comments which has only been suggested to reinstall the apps which i did. But it doesnt work either. Does DBS team has a proper apps roll out plan ? If the new update apps doesnt work, they should roll back to previous one. Quite dissapointed now with the apps and thinking to uninstall it .
