* A BANK PAYMENT APP The BGL BNP Paribas DIGICASH App is linked both to your phone number and your bank account(s). It meets banking-grade security standards; all payments are authorised with your Fingerprint or your PIN Code. You can set your security limits according to your preferences (default: EUR 2,500). Payments are made using (SEPA) bank transfer (funds may only be available the next working day). **
* QUICK ACTIVATION To start using the App right away, all you have to do is to link it to your bank account. Launch the App and you’ll be guided through the process, it’s fairly easy.
* SEND, RECEIVE & REQUEST MONEY DIGICASH is by far the fastest way to transfer money between two people. Choose the recipient’s phone number from your address book, type in the amount, authorise the payment and a SMS/push message is sent to the recipient. If the recipient has already activated DIGICASH, the operation is triggered immediately, and if not, a SMS message is send out inviting the recipient to subscribe. Once he/she has activated DIGICASH, funds will be transferred into the recipient’s bank account. Request money from any phone number: the most convenient way to get paid back by your friends, family or colleagues. Simply choose their phone number, type in the amount and they’ll get the request. You’ll receive a notification once they have made the requested payment.
* IN STORE PAYMENT WITH BEACONS Truly contactless payments with the DIGICASH Beacon: activate bluetooth on your phone, launch the DIGICASH App, hold your phone close to the Beacon device at the cash-desk and the amount to pay is automatically displayed on your phone (some phone cases may affect signal quality). Validate the payment with your fingerprint/PIN Code and you’re done. In selected shops (Auchan Luxembourg), you can even link your loyalty card and receive your bonus points/euros without any further action at each payment.
* BILL PAYMENT WITH QR CODES The quickest way to pay the bills: launch the App, scan the DIGICASH QR Code on the bill, confirm the payment and you’re done, typically in less than 10 seconds. It works with your insurance and energy bills, with your telecom and public sector/municipality invoices provided DIGICASH payments are accepted. Feel free to use it at DIGICASH partner restaurants as well: no need to wait for the payment terminal, just scan the QR Code on the bill. You may even add a tip and then just leave right away.
* PAYMENT IN OTHER APPS & IN ONLINE STORES Buy your transportation tickets with the M-Ticket App, top up your kid’s Restopolis account or use DIGICASH on selected web sites: it is the most secure and the most convenient way to pay by clicking on the DIGICASH button in the App/web site or in the web store. No card or bank data is transferred and nobody else can use your DIGICASH App as all payments are authorised via fingerprint/PIN Code.

I never had a problem with Payconiq while it still was Diggicash. I used and still am using the app a lot, as it is a convenient way to reimburse friends. But since it switched to payconiq, I get a lot of error messages. The most annoying is that Payconiq has been deregistered and I need to register it again. This process gets old really quick, because a transaction that took seconds in the good old Diggicash age, now takes minutes.
Request: please add a quick button of the scan function of the Payconiq app. My OP6T allows quick launch by long pressing the fingerprint button. Right now, Payconiq app allows to send and request money in quick launch, but I would want to have the scan function instead as it would be the most used function. Could now activate the app. I oversaw the button in the cluttered menu of BGL.
It now keeps disconnecting me from my account, then I set it up again. It works once, then disconnects again. This app has now officially become terrible after many years of working fine.
It had been working for me with fingerprint for years. I enabled the pin a month ago and now I cannot revert to fingerprint. Any settings change is not persisted. The app goes back to pin on reopen. This is a sign of very poor programming and I'm losing my trust
Fingerprint stopped working! It was working fine before, and now, I enable face ID, turn the app off and get back to setting and it is disabled again. Sad, since it was working just fine before..
Doesn't work, stuck on the loading page. I've performed action on web banking and call the client line, they say they can't help, I don't know how to call to digicash directly . Please resolve this problem.
Terribly unstable. Totally useless app if its constantly showing error messages.
Security features are not working. You can open application without pin code or fingerpint. For payment application it is unacceptable.
I really loved the app. However, it doesn't work on rooted devices anymore thus unusable for me. Why being so extreme?? :((
Just downloaded and th e app freezes on the home page on samsung S20 Fe. I also noted that digicash BIL opens and works and not the one for BNP.
Please, change the Face ID on android to fingerprint. This is only an option for iPhones. Who approves these changes!
Cannot link it with the bank account. When scanning the qrcode in the application workflow I get everytime the error: errorOccuredProcessibgKey

Scanning the QR code for registration doesn't work. I also tried calling the service line several times and nobody asnwers.
Bugs a lot since Payconiq migration: Camera freeze and couldn't scan police tickets anymore

Since it was rebranded to payconiq, it keeps deregistering itself. Which makes it hard to use in everyday situations.

The amount of money sent are not visible on any accounts, sender or receiver after almost 4 working hours. Request cancelled and also no any updates. It means money sent to no where. All info double checked, correct phone, account nr. This app is a mess. Very bad experience, will not use it anymore.
