Installation was simple. Only one call was made, but it was clear and consistent with no breaks or delays and no echoing. Intended use is for voice calls only. So far so good!
Update. This Damn app every other day not working. My balance is always unavailable. I got a number to use where I call it and then manually enter the number of the person I call but its inconvenient. Then unu have the audacity to be sending me promotion every day. Spamming my phone. Terrible Call quality excellent. Used the promo code and was able to make my first 10 min call from the US to Ja. Easy setup. Easy to use. Will definitely be purchasing mins

I am downgrading this rating because whomever Digicel has working on their app updates is wreaking havoc.My account balance has been pending since I installed the update.I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.I even added money to see if the total would change, but nothing happened.The app to 'top up' has been performing just as badly since it's 'upgrade' week ago.Since nothing's been done to fix these issues, I'll just use up the money left (which I guess I'll have to figure out) and be done.
Every time i go on the app the wheel keeps spinning several minutes so i can't make a call until it stops which could be 20 min. And more. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that don't work. What now?
These guys are just a bunch of scammers. I recently changed my phone numbers and I had 4$ dollars worth of credits on my old numbers, When I changed number, it all evaporated. I called customer service but they were very uncooperative and refused to reimburse my credit. Little Advice stay away from this scamming company worse than Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme.
I don't like the fact that I'm charged for a call when the voice mail picks up. I get charge for a minute that has not actually been used, and I lose money. Update: I see that I am being charged 20 cent per minute as soon as the ringing starts. I made a call, then hung up before the voice mail answered. It was a 33 second process, including the announcement "this call is being made by Digicel". After I hung up, my balance was 20 cent less, for listening to the Digicel call announcement.
Reading the comments here, I wonder how is that? I have NEVER had any issues with this app. It does everything it says it does and it delivers 100% everytime for me. I have not bought a calling card in over 10 years.
Will not work, rings once and goes straight to voicemail. Tried everything clearing cache, reinstalling nothing works.
Extremely slow loading. Often detects and provides rates for the wrong country codes. Customer service is nice but difficult to reach.
I love it. This app is better than a call card. I can recharge it without call any extra numbers.Also I can call whom ever I wish to speak to without calling any other numbers first. This app is truly amazing.
The help is not working and can't call support through the app as I'm getting a message saying not enough numbers dialed. How can I call someone in Guyana besides using the person's number?
It's great when it works, my biggest problem is connecting, I have to try a few times or delete and reinstall the app.
It cuts off when making a call from my contact. I have to call through the 1800 number and the rate is higher when I make calls.
App works great.. had the toughest time trying to update my saved card in app. It would let me edit but not sumbit uninstall reinstall app clear cache all proved futile. Fix it. Plz. Update card info should not b so tedious
I don't like the fact that they charge your account just to ring the person phone, even if the person missed the call they still charge you thats a way of the company getting more money out of us.
The phone number keeps saying its busy. But when I tried it with Rebtel it goes through. And it's a digicel phone. Doesnt make any sense. 😡
Im having problem lately every time i want to recharge i cant because my old credit cards glued there when i call for help they just recharge they never put the new card in i lost promotion because i cant put my new card in when i call the close early because of covid19 im frustrated right now i uninstal im going to take rebtel back its more reliable and understandable
This app is not reliable and it doesn't make a customer's work of calling outside USA any easier. More should go into to make more efficient.

Gives you error message and then charge you twice.....smh. I then called the number that they asked me to call and was told that it's the wrong number 😒 They don't even deserve a full star....maybe half or quarter.
This app is false it's taking your credit and also you're being charged by your cellphone carrier also for all international calls made. Do not used it.
I'm in the US and this app is a blessing. I received bonus $2 free when I first signed up and I thought it was a joke, however it allowed me to call my mother in Jamaica for 10 mins at .20 per min. Signal was good and clear! Ever since I have been updating my call credit and calling family and friends in Jamaica and all over!
Calling was good but unable to edit credit card information. Update....Attempted to call the customer service number but it would not ring.
Very bad app , worse experience , unclear talk and stop after one minute even though I have many credits on my account.
Keeps on giving me an error message whenever I enter my billing address. Haven't been able to get pass the first page.
Rates are unfair. Calls are not good, etc etc etc. I could elaborate more, but what's the purpose. The sub par service is not going to change.

Definitely nice having this app. The calls doesn't drop or tries to reconnect during calls. The calls are crystal clear as if you're dialing through a regular phone. Love having the automatic reload! I definitely have recommended it to others. I have only used it to call Jamaica because that's where my family is but you can call wherever you need to and you can check the rate per minute before calling. $0.20 cents per minute for calling cells in Jamaica.
