Worked fairly well about a year ago. Does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S8. It says NTP synchronization failed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not able to log in. Even removed it from other devices in case the number of devices was affecting login. Works on my older devices but even then not consistently. Lots of playback errors on certain channels. Does not allow 48 hour playback on all channels. Would love to give a better rating but too many glitches.

Would love this app but it has a few issues, it does not work on my phone at all, maybe because it has a newer version of android, it works on my tablet but only some channels work the rest have some error message about maintenance on this feature. Digicel should work on fixing this application, it has potential for being useful if only it would work properly.

I would really appreciate if Digicel can fix the Error Connection Bug when watching tv shows that were previously aired. This is an error on the app while watching tv shows through my mobile. Also, Digicel, the last update for this app was in 2017??? Come on...get your stuff together!

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. I keep getting a connection error and cannot log in to the app at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled in the app numerous times and have entered my info like 20 times on different occasions. Why doesn't Digicel take the time to ensure that the app actually works. SMH. Total failure Digicel!

This app worked well for a long time, then suddenly stopped. Called the help desk, who said everthing is fine, but clearly not. If a decision was made to end a service, as a matter of courtesy, you could advise your customers to migrate to a new app. Why frustrate your customers!

This app uses to work very well, Digicel NEEDS to offer a working solution to all your customers with this problem, not being able to connect with a newer device. This is not good enough. I will be looking at switching back to flow all of my services.

This app needs some updates it's abit buggy. Cannot display error when trying to view missed shows, audio and visual out of sync, connectivity issues when try to mirror from phone to TV. It's 2018 please do an update for this app.

This app is missing alot of well needed features,such as auto rotate screen,a preset button,access to tv menu when screen is in auto rotate,automatic record and share and a download button.The app seems outdated and needs upgrading.I enjoy the app very much,please do something about these problems.

The fact that this app doesn't support the Android 9 or 10 is laughable. Can't position yourself as a digital heavyweight when you're applications can't keep up with the time. Do better Digicel.

I've only got this app to connect once and one day it disconnected and a year has pass and I've never been able to reconnect and I'm using high end devices like s8 ,s9 ,s10 notes and pixel and same problem .. make it wose for lower end devices

Apps doesn't show all channels rep aren't very knowledgeable of how it works said the devices have to be running android 8 or higher my devices are running Android 8.1 and 9. Rep also said my error code says my device is jailbroken. None of my devices have been.

Barely functioned up to Android 7, useless since Android 8 or later. Last updated 2017 tells you all you need to know about this obsolete app. They should either update or remove it, but won't hold my breath.

Great until they stopped updating it. The last update was 2017. It's 2019 and it no longer works with new Android versions. I'm running Pie and I was told by support that's its not compatible.

Does not support Android 9. What a bummer... Loved the convenience of the app on my older phones. Android is the most popular mobile phone app. Surely a version of the app for the latest version of Android will be released soon??

HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO OPEN THIS APP SINCE YESTERDAY, WTH DIGICEL??????? I haven't been able to find or add this specific Digicel multiscreen app to any of my other devices also😡😡😡😡😡 Today is 30/4/2021 AND I CANNOT GET THIS APP TO OPEN ON ANY OF MY DEVICES, WHEN TRYING WOTH SOMEONE ELSE'S DEVICE THE APP IS NOT FOUND. I messaged DIGICEL sometime ago and was told they are updating, SOOOO LONG?!!!!!!!!!

Digicel you can do better than that,I'm disappointed. This app used to work on my cheap logic phone. Now that I've upgraded to a samsung Galaxy it doesn't work.... come on better than that.
