The app is easy to use but I don't like the fact it automatically selects autopay or that the lowest amount you can top up family and friends starts at either $15 for data or $20 top up and there isn't an option to enter how much you as the person can choose to top up. I think that is cheeky of digicel but that is just me
I have used this app for a while now didn't have any problems and all of a sudden I can't top up any of the mobile phone I want to top up it just constantly buffering the last step of payment and there are no options to do anything about it..can anyone help please? Its very important I get this phone topped up
This app is very easy to use, but!! There is a serious problem that customers may not know about. They go into your bank account without your knowledge and top up your loved ones phone. If you don't know it could cost some serious overdraft in your account.
Awesome service.. to the point of flawless.. I should also add its EXTREMELY simple to navigate.
Perfect way to stay connected with your loved ones overseas. Some banks may require you to authorize international purchases on your cards, otherwise it's simple or you can just use a prepaid debit card for simplicity.
I am not able to make top up or data plan. I called digicel and was told to reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work.

Why didn't I read these comments before I used the updated app!!!?? My goodness!! I'm having the same issues. The updated app isn't working! I always used the app to send credit to others and noticed that the app has been updated, but boi I didn't expect this at all!! The money is gone from the credit card and the person has not received any credit. The email confirms transaction successful, but the email doesn't provide ANY details like the previous app! And no transaction history is showing!
This new app is a joke for sending top up's to PNG . Sending top up's to PNG is a hit and miss, working only 10% of the time if that. It just comes up with a error (SC:03) every time saying we are working on this issue. They should of stayed with the old app that worked. And what ever happened to the points system? It all disappeared with the new app what a surprise.
Why am I charged so much to send $15? It's also added extra for US conversion, but I'm in Canada. Why akl these charges I ended up spending $20, to send $15. Please expkain
This app is useless, the first app was better. Why would someone change something that was working very good to something that is not working. I'm trying to send money everything works until I put in the payment and send it. Its been nearly a hour and I still can not get through. If it was the first app the credit would have gone through already. Rubbish app!
This replaced a perfectly working app that was so convenient to top up for family back home, all my rewards was lost as well as all my historic top ups. Its appaulling I am very disappointed with this replacement app and it is really a big inconvenience during this difficult times when you have made it so difficult top up for families to keep in touch during the lockdown. The worst time to get it so wrong! First time I see an app upgrades and completely shut me out as if I a new customer!
This November 2020 update is broken. As soon as I try to use PayPal to pay for my credit it shows an error message and then I cannot progress any further. I want to revert back to the old working version. Update Jan 2021: The app is unusable and I'm uninstalling it. I keep getting an error message right when my transaction is supposed to be complete and I can't access my transaction history. Way to mess up a app that was working flawlessly digicel
Absolute rubbish. All my previous transactions are lost. My transaction is still not complete. This new app is useless. Kept saying something has gone wrong. Yes something has sure gone wrong with this new update which is a waste of time. All Digital keep responding is sorry and email them. What's the point? I wish I could give 0 stars.
Unable to log in to the app. When you put in the email and password there is no option to continue. When you select login via Google no option to select Google ac to connect
Your customer service is not good! I emailed support re an issue and received an automatic email back advising I would receive a follow-up in 24 hrs. Several days passed without hearing from you so I called and the customer service was nowhere close to helpful and was lacking knowledge!
The app is just not working I paid the money it's taking forever to upload and after that it says error
Not good will not let me top up any number attempted many times..crashes at the end when I try to make payment
Pros: - Visually appealing user interface (In my opinion) - Excellent auto fill integration with Android and my particular password manager. - Excellent breakdown and formating of information Cons: - Quite slow, takes significantly more time to complete a transaction and navigation between pages/forms vs Bmobile's iteration of the app. - Can't repeat transaction from purchase history, again, see Bmobile's TopUp app.

I think the Digicel topup app is amazing and convenient. I used it to send topup to my loved ones in Jamaica without encountering any issues. I enjoy using it.
I complained about the app back in 01/21 & now 01/22 the app still won't allow you to send any top ups to phones aboard!! Why is this app still available when it clearly doesn't work!!!🤔🤦🏽 Very disappointed 👎🏽
Very disappointed with this app. I have the previous version installed on both my phones which I used to top up my family phones in Jamaica. The app used to work without problems but since it's updated, for 2 days now I've been trying on both phones to send credit and after putting in the payment info and send it's jus goin in damn circles sending until it times out! There's and old saying 'if its not broke nuh fix it'
The old app was easier and efficient when topping up credits from overseas. I would top up credits for families in PNG from Australia with no issues..fast and efficient. It is difficult now with this new app. It doesn't store my regular contacts and my credit card details for reuse. Please could you sort this out.
Just unistalled this after being utterly frustrated trying to top up for the last few days. Nothing on it works. I cannot understand why the earlier app, which worked perfectly was replaced by this piece of junk. Dump this developer and just go back to the old app, please! UPDATED REVIEW Got a response telling me to update the app. I was already using the most recent version, but reinstalled anyway. Same result! I wonder if Digicel realizes the amount of money they are losing due to this bad app
I have tried sending top up to loved ones and always says something wrong. Have logged out and logged in again. Nothing seems to work
Terrible, awful, annoying, disappointing. This transaction is not going through. It would keep connecting...recurringly. Left it for an entire day and I'm still waiting for the process to go to the next step. 👎 not good digicel. You are losing points and customers massively. I will have to look for other means of topping up mobiles in St.Lucia. Sort this out digicel. I'm not impressed and I'm sure that this is not good for business.
To expensive... for something that's always having problems ...it's either buffering /low signal always has to turn off phone every month to reset the plan... it never enough for the month ...I get better and cheaper service living overseas you don't want me to tell your package.
