DigiFinex - Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency Exchange

Love this wallet, I stopped using any other ones, TW is smooth, effective and accurate. However ever since yesterdays update, don’t know if it’s related or not, my balance intermittently disappears and it takes 10 refreshes for them to briefly come on for a second then disappear again. This never happened until yesterday and is very frustrating my friend said it happens to him too. But this issue is constant you can never see your true wallets balance until you refresh it a million times. I truly hope TW devs can figure this out.

For the reviews that mention losing money and such and how it’s complicated to transfer funds out I disagree. I actually was concerned and gave it a test. I transferred a few XRP out to see how complicated it was and it was easy. Of course there was a small fee as expected.

Worst exchange app ever. After a long time login off, I download the new one to find out it is poros that my 2fa is not activated on my account login anymore, and the network connection is very poor. That I can't even talk to support. This is a bad app. And not secure anymore. Please do something about it

To give you my honest opinion it is a very very good walletVery easy to use has a lot of great features you can get unlisted coins from other swaps and pretty much every single coin that you can imagine is listed on here i’ve been using it for a year now and I love it

Excessively Laggy. KYC verification is difficult to pass because they require you to capture a physical copy of your proof of address, can't use a digital copy like your bank statement from your email or bank app. The app is generally too slow and not very attractive.

Lastly, keep your codes safe. I have mine in a safe. Don’t screenshot them or anything. Also, for security when not using the app close it on your phone, just good safety practices."

There is only two option of Buying/Selling the token/coin. i hope you update and add the option of "Market Price" Direct to the price what we like to buy instead of the two Stop Limit and Limit Price. Hard to chase the price sometime it doesnt hit the price. i hope the app will update soon.

My suggestion is to use this app in combination with Coinbase exchange. I buy my coins on there and transfer to this app. If you have a lot of coins, get a hardware wallet like ledger to put larger amounts. This wallet is good for accounts under 20k, think of the wallet like a checking out.

Either way, so far, no problems. Make sure when making transactions you are using the correct things. Like, ETH to ETH in your external account. If you do something like ETH to BNB then of course your codes won’t synch and bye bye to your money. Do test before depositing larger amounts of money to ensure you’re doing everything correctly.

The google authenticator is very hard to use when you withdraw its very inconvenient. Unlike other wallet text and email only then you can withdraw ung fund. Hope rhis will fix.

Lately I’ve been experiencing some cryptos bling in n out from my total to zero, don’t know if it’s a glitch in the system or not, kinda weird, but other than that wallet works fine

The Spot trade platform does not execute orders. And there's not "Market Price" option, only Limit order. And app keeps say no connection, while other trading is active. App hangs trading not to execute. Please fix this with updates.

Too many CAPTCHA codes, which in turn makes the app very buggy and sometimes I don't receive email verification code so I hope you will improve it.

After looking for a better wallet than the one that i had before. I do highly recommend the Digifinex wallet to anyone that is having hard time to buy small coins. I love it

Very user friendly and so easy to sync with other wallets and a lot of tokens recommend them Very please-GO SAFEMOON!!!!!!!

The wallet is everything promised, and more. And constantly being updated with new features. I am holding for the long run!

verification process is a little finicky, wait times could be shortened, maybe could use some live support options too. other wise very clean Ui, clean setup and pleasant functionality. I give it a 3 because I have yet to unlock the full features of the app, verification.

the only thing that would be easier is if it was easier to set up for somebody that does not have experience with the internet ordeals like most everybody grew up with a technology I didn't so it's a little hard for me to set up so if you should come up with an easier way to design a setup feature that's easier than this it'd be a blessing to the generation that didn't have the computer technology

Wrost App for Crypto Trading I have lost a lot of crypto in this app, here all the tokens whose listing expires, or changes to new tokens, these people keep all those tokens, and you get huge loss. Then you can never get back from them. From my experience, this app is a very poor app, it is good that you keep your coins in a good crypto exchange.

One of the worst crypto apps ever. The connection speed is very poor. I can't even create account. Constantly telling me to check network connection whenever I click "get code" meanwhile my connection is perfect and stable. Worst worse

Visual/UX flow are very backwards and not intuitive. Seeing and finding assets between all platform features incuding earn, rewards, etc., is not directly intuitive. And I'm very familiar with UX design for ehatever the heck that's worth.

DigiFinex is an extremely user friendly app to navigate & operator. It’s so easy switching between coins linked to your debit card, Very simple process. One of my favorite features!!!

Update 14/11/2021 I just want you to make those graphs work again (also the 'portfolio growth stats') they just lag sometimes and show a flat line. I'll give you 5 stars again when you take care of this 18/12/2020 (Finally an app that makes what it promises. Good service, fast verification, fast transactions and exchanges, nice interface. 10/10 overall I will gladly pay the 0'5% fees)

Good exchange great security and reasonable fees, good customer service too. The app always crashes when placing a buy or sell order and its been going on for months, please fix this guys its annoying and increases risk.

i done 3-4 transaction smoothly.. last one stuck for few days. Try to find out but why not information been given didn't know is my bank or they strugling. 6 days later message we close your acc deposit will be sent back maybe some fees apply. Sent £750 back £713.. in my opinion its great service small fees to buy but i still don't know why my acc was terminated.. i just fell like they wait until i transfer some money that they could charge me for something. lost few £ no clue how

KYC Not updating. It's showing Error and Contact Support. Already Email sent to support system. But no response.
