Terrible apps and C's. The apps expect you to agree the marketing consent then complete your registration. Also, cannot be open. IDA the rude C's was rude as hell. She was not being helpful but also rude to the extend by telling you are a difficult person. She will also argued with you, raise her voice and challenge you in all aspect. Lastly, she will hung up your call. When called again, while waiting then Hung up your call not once but numerous time. 'TOP CLASS' service provided by IDA. A GEM

Unnecessary and not functional. Got an SMS that says "to access the bill, download the app". Why would I want an app just to see a bill? But ok, still gave it a go. Downloaded the app, it didn't even let me complete the sign up if I don't agree to receiving marketing messages. In the end I called up the hospital to get the bill by email. I had a good stay at the hospital but this whole process just seriously undermines the customer's ability to make their own choice - I urge you to revise it.

Got a SMS to view my bills thru the app. Downloaded app only to find the bill is not reflected in there. Had to call the customer service to check with the technical staff before the technical staff can update or email the bill. This is a total waste of time. While the concept of trying to consolidate everything (medical reports, bills, etc) in one place for our reference is great, the execution is terrible. Instead of employing more customer service to apologize, invest in a better IT team

Can't login. Can't even get its link with singpass to work. You seriously released such half baked versions of app? It won't even start without the permission to access my files - looks like basic respect for data privacy is missing with this buggy app And yes, I did call the number you provided. The person took down the details, told me he will get IT to look into it, and call back with a resolution. I am guessing they still haven't found one after almost 2 weeks? What a waste of time!

All three methods of logging in via Singpass do not work. It's irritating that after having paid for a check up, I can't get it simply sent via email with password protection. I instead need to download a new app which I will hardly use, only to test and fail three different login methods, and end up having to call the support line to ask how to get my results sent to me.

Super bad experience. Wondering why this app is even exist. Called the customer service to delete my account as I couldn't even see the reports. So now the account is useless and I don't want them to keep my personal info. After more than two weeks of emailing them, the job is still not done. No one in the IT team knows how to delete a record in database! It's a shame for such a big organisation.

I was told to download the app to download my report, but after signing up the report page is empty and it told me to input correct personal details (which I already filled up completely). Pretty lame if the link sent in the sms cannot go directly to the report via the app.

Everything about this app is terrible, but probably the worst is that there's no way to get data out: things like ultrasound scans can be viewed with their postage stamp-sized janky viewer, but not downloaded. Good luck sharing them with a specialist doctor then, even if they're in the same hospital system! Also, I get SMSes saying results are available, only for the app to complain "No data available" after login and OTP and navigating to the PDF section. Tech support is also clueless.

Registration with MyInfo isnt working, the Next button shows as disabled after otp, I have tried 3 times. I finally got my account by manual registration. Xray image doesnt show any loading indicator, I thought the image is not being loaded and clicked a few times, then suddenly all pop up.

Whatever the other people said about the app, it's true. What's the point of getting us to download an app that's obviously flawed? Registered and tried to login but was not allowed to do so. User experience feels strange as it jumps to a webpage when u try to sign in using the app. Parkway group might as well pay me to redo a new app. I think I can make a better one.

It doesn't serve its purpose. One report for all scans, no matter which scan report i tap, i only see 1 same report appearing in all the supposed different scan. My dr is on leave and i was eager to see the results, but ..... No proper QA testing was done.

Useless. Can't even open the app. Tried reinstalling, still couldn't open. Don't know why they bother asking patients to use something that doesn't even work. Parkway Pantai - you are a large organisation, do something about this or don't have the app at all!

I have been forced to install an application on my phone to access my radiology reports. This is just a generic CMS website made into a standalone mobile app. You already have my email address for sharing the report. Please send me my reports by email or and consider focusing your budget on the website.

A most inefficient bunch of people behind the scenes... I got a SMS telling me my lab results are available online through this app. I downloaded it, registered my details but as reported by so many here, there is NO DATA of my results. The support team is another story... I texted as directed, called as directed, waited as directed, but still I am asked the same questions over and over again. Its a circus here!! Nothing works here!! Best course of action is to avoid Parkway altogether!!!
