Downloads documents with Norwegian characters in the filename with invalid characters instead. PDF viewers on mobile are then unable to open these files, which makes the mobile app useless. Also, if this app doesn't send notifications, then there is no point in having it, or having a DigiPost account in the first place. You might as well use AltInn.
Horrible user experience. When I enter the app and click on a letter I've received I have to enter my phone login code, then if it's higher security I have to log in with bankID, then the letter itself just says I got a letter from the kommune and the actual letter is an attachment, which requires me to log into bankID AGAIN to view/download, but then once it's downloaded, the phone says it's formatted incorrectly and can't read it. Won't read the file on the computer either. Worse than useless!
Unstable. Cannot open all documents and now cannot authenticate after last update.
It was fine for a while but then for some reason you need a pin number to access official letters. I do not have a pin code and it doesn't tell me how to get one anywhere in the help section. This needs to be addressed.
I was expecting a notification in my email or SMS when a new digital post is landed in my DigiPost Mail box..but it didn't happen. Is it a bug?
The host approved my booking but messaged me that they couldn't host me. I asked them to cancel the booking, as I had been charged the full amount for my stay, but the host said they never approved the booking. I could cancel but I would have to pay a service fee to Airbnb. I contacted Airbnb, who cancelled the booking after a while, but I have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund, and my profile now states that I have cancelled a stay, which makes me undesireable for other hosts.
Its was good before , now the app dosent work good , when i try to log in with bank id på mobile nothing working
I find Digipost almost USELESS. So difficult to read a letter. I wish I'd never registered for it

Downloads files without passing along credentials, so your downloaded PDFs are actually HTML files with the BankID login form in them.
Downloading pdf is horrible. Pdf won't open in any app. Bad experience.

Very helpful and useful app. Now no need to wait longer time to get your mail, in minutes you'll have your official mail inbox by this app. I recommend it to all ☺😉
Nice app that lets you read received letters, unfortunately you can't pay bills via Vipps...
Finally seems to be working fine. Still need a way to disable notifications.
In order to read mail, you have to first log in via browser to later open it in app, cause if not, it crashes. Stupid.
Its not working. When I try to login a blank page appears.
Worst app don't install is so buggy not working at all.

Clicking on login just takes me back to the same page. Sort it out!
The app crashes everytime i turn the phone horizontally, which is the best way to read documents on phone screens as you only have to scroll down as opposed to zig-zagging your way down the page in vertical mode. I have to open documents in another app to read it in horizontal mode. Either fix your app or completely disable auto rotate when using the app to prevent it from crashing!
