Perfect for what I need. This app has helped my business significantly by allowing me to send marketing campaigns, get repeat customers through the rewards program, and help me better understand my customers buying habits through the reporting. The app is not perfect but is exactly what I need... I look forward to future enhancements.

This app took over my display brightness settings!!! It's WAY too bright and no app should EVER have control over something like that! Absolutely unacceptable!
shopping around for digi marketing, looks legit and has everything I was looking for. I will try it. user end could look better
The concept is great, however, it seems that customers cannot see their balance because an email message is never sent after punching the card.

Pretty good app and design. I have a few suggestions that'll improve the user experience. 1st, allow us to have mutli-tier rewards. I offer a small reward at 5 punches and a larger reward at 10 punches. 2nd, EDIT &/or DELETE customer info. Mistakes happen and it would be great to be able to edit customer info vs having to create another customer for the same person. (UPDATE) 3rd, the auto rotation from portrait to landscape is pretty ugly a device that is not a tablet. I'm using a Galaxy Note8. All launches in landscape, after entering pin for back office it forces to portrait. Search a customer there it forces to landscape. Again, this is the best punch app currently in the Play Store. Otherwise I would not have taken the time to write this review.
Can you update the app to have a sign out feature? It always keeps this signed in and I'd like more control with the app to be able to sign out at certain times of the day so it can't be used. That would help a lot. There's also misspellings in the back office in the explanation for referring a friend. "done" is misspelled.
It would be nice if customers could see how many punches they have or am I missing something. I used the referral to get them signed up
I bought a subcription to pro and I haven't recieved my increase of 300 customers Edit: The issue was resolved in a timely manner. Great app!
Would love to be able to reward based on dollar purchased not on punches. Also a higher customer count I have 3300 current customers in current reward program
There's no way to delete customers from back office unless you pay for the service! That option should be changed to allow everyone to keep or delete customers without being forced to upgrade just so you can delete clientele!

This app is nice but it's very glitchy. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it just to log in and create Punch cards for customers. It keeps going back to the punch card configuration screen and it won't go past the creating puch card screen unless I uninstall and reinstall.
I don't like how "punches" is spelled "punchs" incorrectly on the sign up screen where it asks if u are a robot. It doesn't look professional not being spelled correctly. Please fix 😊

I like this simple app, but there's no way to delete customers or see your full list of customers.
this app is great for small business to give their customers alittle something back......the app continues to get better and better and the staff are very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

App is nice but needs work. I couldn't register as a customer using facebook even though there was the option to do so. I can't imagine sending my customers something this glitchy. They would complain about not being able to use it. Also my customers speak spanish so another language would be nice and or the option to edit the email and page text.
I agree with the suggestions made by Anton Jones below. Customer Service gets 5 stars. Very responsive and helpful!
Very confusing to navigate. It does not save my card configuration. It changes it every single time I go in and edit it. It also doesn't have a section to add clients. I don't know. Not a fan.
