Digital Compass
Digital Compass is the most accurate smart compass and a great tool for outdoor activities. This application allows you to determine the direction (bearing, azimuth or degree) you currently facing. Digital Compass build using the gyroscope, accelerator, magnetometer, gravity of the device. Make sure your device has an accelerator sensor and magnetometer sensor otherwise it will not function.

Caution:
The accuracy of the compass will interfere when the device is near any other magnetic interference, be sure to stay away from magnetic things/objects such as another electronic device, battery, magnet, etc while using the compass. If the accuracy becomes unreliable, calibrate the device by simultaneously flipping and moving the phone back and front in patterns 8(as screenshot illustrate).

Excellent app, very impressive, functional and accurate. I highly recommend it, provides clear graphics, in a clean and readable format..
I have a few complaints. You can't trust it when you turn it on first. You have to do the figure eight with your phone in order to make sure that it's calibrated properly or you're going to get false readings. Does not work well inside for obvious reasons, outside not near metal objects is the best result. No crashing issues or anything like that.
Works great...keeps me from getting lost. I do a lot of relic/artifact hunting in large, dense, and remote wooded areas where it's easy to get turned around and sometimes headed in the wrong direction. I can get back on course quickly by using a combination of Google Maps and this digital compass. Both great apps!
Have tried several compass apps and this one is excellent. Simple, good graphics, easy to use. Ads are not intrusive. Really appreciate the ability to transition from geographical (true north) to magnetic (magnetic north) presentation. My one observation is that WHICH presentation is active is NOT intuitive. Currently when the T inside the circle is displayed the compass is reading magnetic. When the M inside the circle is displayed the compass is reading true. That's confusing. Terima kasih!
This app continually told me that north is south and south is north, until I discovered a trick. After opening the app, turn the phone over, so that the screen faces the floor and is parallel with the floor. Then when you turn the phone so that the screen faces upwards again, you will see that the app has corrected itself. No need to go to Google Maps.
Impressed. Simple. Easy to use. My initial misreadings (mobile on the table) were okeyed when i lifted the mobile away from the steel clamps holding the folding table.
Perfect. It uses all available sensors. We plan to use this compass for developing an autopilot.
Very easy to use. Only 3MB. Applied it in my room so that my head would not point towards North to help me sleep well. Thank you for this app.
Works great. Simple, clean design, accurate. I upgraded to remove ads.
Totally fraud app. When you launch it after installation, it gives a message that your device doesn't have magnetometer, and then asks for Rs. 160 to upgrade to premium version. I uninstalled it immediately. Its disgusting.
Doesn't point in the correct direction and I don't see where you can calibrate via the app.
I have just installed it. Yet to be used outside, during travel, in particular. But from its features it appears to be quite good and satisfying.
If this compas is accurate then it will prove to be an excellent piece of kit. But having just installed it there seems to be a slight deviation.
Once calibrated it was fine. I am in Queensland Australia, initially it showed North as South and vice versa, but, after calibration it was spot on.
Easy to set up. Appears to be accurate after recalibrating using figure 8 pattern - 3 rotations in continuous loop.
I like it. It's accurate, opens quickly, easy to use and is legible day and night.

Despite its simplistic and mundane interface it does exactly what it's suppose to do. I had tried a different, fancier, app that was difficult to operate and inaccurate in its reading. Keeping things simple, that work, is always the best.
Great experience. Sometimes people fear the ads. But believe me, this app does not show any ads when data is off and even does not show unnecessary ads while it's on. I like the pitch black theme. Shows a lot of information. It can use GPS but you can turn it off if you don't want to let it use your GPS. Great app
Compass wouldn't quit spinning. It was way off. Did figure 8 didn't help.
Literally thought west of my home was north until I got curious and whipped out the app. Doesn't eat up battery by running in the background. Just a tiny bit of data stored on your phone could save your life, I'd keep it.
I needed a compass, and this is accurate and clear with no fancy face fluff stuff. Excellent!
Easy to install, light weight app and easy to use. Accuracy seems to be spot on, I left it for three minutes and didn't experience any deviation in orientation. Really impressive app. On my Samsung S12 this works an absolute treat. Great work, definitely recommend.
