Crashes upon install. Tried on both wifi and data, but it keeps telling me I'm not connected to data. Everything else on my phone works (wifi or not- I put my phone through the test), so it has to be this cookie app. I mean, nothing else that requires data or wifi would work if it weren't connected. So, logic tells me I am connected to data since my other apps work, so unsure why this (and only this) app says I'm not connected.
It's a complete pain to use. It either doesn't work right or won't work at all. As a leader I used to be able to swap between roles, now I can't??? How is that helpful?? It used to take you to the page and give you the link, now it sends a qr code. How in the world am I supposed to scan the stupid code on my own phone? Will someone with a brain and common sense please fix this app signed every girl scout leader/parent trying to use this app!
I love that they added the credit card feature. It worked great all season except for walkabout weekend.
The app this year is unusable and need an immediate fix. It either flickers on and off and locks up my phone or immediately crashes. Very bad deployment.
App will not open, flickers intermittently, tries to load, then shuts down with an error message. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, does not work.

I've installed and reinstalled thi app 3 times today and it won't function. I open the app and it has the half eaten cookie as if it is loading but the entire screen ends up flashing and won't do anything else. I finally get it to open and it tells me the season hasn't started yet or is already over. Thee last few years I've been able to open it up to ay least view the app. Now nothing!
I've been able to login (it saved my login credentials from last year) but the issue I have is anytime I want to navigate back or an error message pops up, I cannot use the "back" button on my phone, and exiting the app and coming back in takes me back to the screen I'm stuck on. Only not using the app for 12 hours or restarting the phone can get you back to the homepage again.
Glitches, I've deleted and reinstalled at least 4 times since cookie season started. It is now 2/8/22 just did another delete and reinstall; still not working. App is faulty this year.
App keeps flashing & I can't even get in. So frustrating. I've uninstalled & reinstalled several times & the same thing keeps happening.
This has been a nightmare this year. We rely heavily on this especially with parents working remotely and people not answering their doors forndoor to door,, zoom church etc. I'm hoping Girl Scouts allows us extra time at the end of the sale. We have been down for 4 days and counting.
I am unable to log in and it glitches out to where I am unable to even open it. I thought this would be easier to use than going to the webpage constantly. Apparently, not.
App shuts down when trying to add a new cookie order. Tried uninstall/reinstall, didn't solve anything. Super buggy this year.
Unable to create an order on either the Troop profile or my daughter's profile. It crashes when I try to add a box of cookies (any flavor). App is unusable.
This app is horrible. It hardly ever works so most people that wanted to order online ended up having to order by paper form because the site never worked.
Very convenient, when it works. I haven't been able to log in to the app for days. I can log in to the website on my computer just fine. Lame.
It takes too long to process a transaction, it's not really convenient at cookie booths, too many information required compared to Clover.
What is going on? Used to love this app! Made things super easy for the girls. But I just went to download it for for the new season and and it started glitching out and crashing over and over and over and over as if my phone was possessed by a tiny app demon. Hope you guys can fix it before cookie season is over because this app is pretty much useless for the rest of the year.
Still unusable. Flickers, shuts down immediately. Removed and re downloaded and still not working. Hoping this is fixed by Monday for official sales opening.
Hoping it gets worked out, I have orders I need to approve but won't let me in, says there is a bug in the app that needs to be fixed
Glitchy... I've had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times this season and it's only February 4th.
It's an okay app. Could definitely use improvements: A way to see the site address, not just a QR code..not everyone can use those; A way to send the site to a mobile phone as a text message, not just an email.. Not everyone uses their email often enough to remember the login information; It'd be more efficient to have the customer (optionally) enter their payment information from their own device after the girl submits the order.. Like a text message or email, with a link to complete the order.
The app doesn't store emails entered from year to year. This update doesn't allow you to post the cookie website straight to Facebook like last season. And the girls aren't able to post a video either, like last season. There were a many more options on the app last season then now. Its not making things easy.
Horrible , I can't even get the app to download to my phone so our troop can take credit card payments at our booths. I've literally been trying for weeks. I had another mom download it to her phone, I logged in and we couldn't even get it work. We had to turn away so many customers because we couldn't accept credit card payments. Extremely frustrating.
2018: app worked great until the credit card exp option was suddenly not scrolling past "Sept". 2019: app isn't letting me click the "email my link" option because the bottom "help" and "policy" toolbar is up covering the "email" button. I have downloaded app three times to try to correct it. Looking forward to the JAN 2019 version even though our Council's sale started today Jan 4th!
works poorly. everytime I want to sign in it says my information is wrong, I click reset password & it sends me a link that brings me right back to the log in page, I cant even change it. I have tried every option you can think of to log in to my account! I ended up uninstalling it & reinstalling it to see if that works. hopefully.
Glitchy at first, but once cookie season started, it was great. I did not have the issues everyone else has reported. The only change I would like to see made is when we scan credit cards, I wish it would bring in the name as well. If we could lose the required email field, that would also be helpful. I normally just put a made up one, but it still takes time. I do love that we have this option for free though.
