This company is the worst company on the entire planet for medical cover in Spain. If u are in Bcn and don't speak Spanish forget it. They should be in court for fraud for taking premiums every month and not providing the service they claim. No better than a pager service on divert to a clown. Zero stars

Trying to get a consultation through chat actually got a doctor who introduced himself then it said service not available. Not impressed!

Impossible to fill in the form and access the app.
Absolutely terrible. I'm unable to create an account despite being a DKV customer. No help, or indication of how to get it. Even so it's clear just from the forms that there had been no user testing, you have to work out for yourself what information you need to enter from arcane symbols.
