Keeps telling me my ID # number is incorrect. It says my account cannot be linked to this account. Just downloaded the app. Frustrating.
Can not log in app say my credentials do not match even though I have been logging in before. Even un installed and re installed.... Very frustrated and when I was able to log in I couldn't redeem my rewards points
Used to work, not sure what happened after the update but I can no longer log in and I've tried to reset my password and Uninstall the app and nothing works. I guess I will not be donating any more.
I can't login anymore. It does nothing. Uninstall/Reinstall, nada Very unfortunate. I used it for prescreening before donation and now I can't.
The app won't take my login credentials, but it works just fine on the website. Not sure what's going on, but I'm uninstalling.
W not very helpful kept going from one site to another site could not document my time that I wanted to donate blood it's just very very misleading and it's not very friendly for people that don't know much about these computer phones
can't see certain inputs on the screen covered by a tile in front. the CFL express pass in particular.

Log on problems tried retrieving username and password nothing is working very frustrating
We were tested 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten our antibody results. We did our part of the deal by giving blood and now no results for us. 7-9 days we were told its been 3 weeks.
Usually great, but have gotten error message now for two days.
Fast easy to set appointments and staff is nice.
What did you do? Newest update will no longer tske my log in. Please fix it. I use this app a lot.
I can't keep up with any of my cards that I need so this app is the bees needs
JSON exception when I try to log in, so this is basically useless right now.

Best donation app I've ever seen
App is good when it works. Problem is it constantly freezes and then you can't doing anything with it. Can't schedule an appointment or check results. Nothing.
