Digital Franking

When I first use this app, it's function well. But after that having problem when try enter poskod on principal address. (Sewa) Without the poskod unable to save the page. This problem since last year. Already try uninstall and then installed back. Nothing change same problem remain. Any idea...?

Useful app, can save a lot of time to queue for the computer there. Get our documents details fill up before go to tax office, just show the qr code and wait for our turn. A bit difficult to use but overall OK. More in Malay even have change to English. Need to improve.

Not user friendly at all and does not save when fill in half way, all information lost and need to retype again. And one of the counter staff not helpful at all. He does not explain step by step just past me a note. Luckily another staff helped up. Need to buck up

easy. fast. efficient. contrary to what people say here but i've tried the apps and it works just fine. efficient data collection to intitiate the stamping process. well done and keep improving from time to time.

Even after you learn to use the app, you have to go to the LHDN office to complete the process and pay. Don't waste your time learning to use the useless app. Do not bother with the mobile and desktop apps. Do not bother with learning to use them. Both are a waste of your time. Just go to the LHDN office because thats where you will end up anyway.

I don't need this app. It was for 1 time use only. Just a waste of space. It might be useful for someone who do the franking regularly but not for common people. LHDN should just have an alternative mean such as a website to perform the required transaction instead of making such app.

I cannot save it under pdf. It is keep open to print out. No way to save in pdf. Where is the save button? Last week available. But this week none. Please assist.

This is truly make a headache. Instead making it easy for the people, they make it even harder to just buy stamp duty RM10.00. No guide at all. I dont even know what to choose to just buy stamp duty for "BON AM" to be used for Custom e-vis system. U make us do all the job filing and make it easy for your job routine. Why? Are you too lazy to key in the data? too much "facebooKING"? in the office?

try to save as pdf, but it shows, "sorry, that didnt work. try again." but no problem on another phone @.@

DAMN STUPID APPS! If you forgot your usename/password you cant get your account back! All the data in your previous account gone! **Since you required our IC number why cant you retrieve data by our IC number? Think before you do! Stupid apps dveloper! 😡

pdf document could not be generated. Only blank document appeared. Lousy.

Slow and unresponsive at times.

Use this without spending time to keyin documents info at lhdn onsite. Usually the staff take 3 to 5 minutes to make sure my stamping docs ready.

No sync option between PC and mobile.

The UI is useless It is as if the app dev was told to dump a bunch of features for online forms and to hell with usefulness. AND A 78PAGE USER MANUAL??? If your app needs a 78 page manual your app developers have failed in app design and app building. Please improve it before your national launch on 30th August, please...merdeka us from this headache.

Useless app. Confusing. Filing form half way, answering calls or do other things it won't save. Have to refill form.

After update can't open the app, must on off the phone ....👎
