The app makes it easy to access my medical information (at least what they have on file), updating it is where it becomes a problem however... I've also noticed that you can't really trust whether an appointment has actually been scheduled or not; the appointment itself may be scheduled, but at least twice over the past few years, I went in for an appointment I scheduled over the app & the doctor wasn't even in on that day...

I can't ever find what I'm looking for in the app. buttons are laggy or completely unresponsive, the notifications don't do anything when I click on them, and I have to log in from scratch every, single, time.

Good news or bad, it's helpful to know and keep track of important health trends. This site has continued to improve through the years giving me the necessary information to help take control of my health. I have cancer & it's so good to be armed with information to do the research enabling me to talk intelligently with my doctor's since I have the numbers before my appointments.

The app is no longer loading. I am receiving important health documents I can no longer use IT has not answered to troubleshoot. Customer care does not know how to resolve either. Meanwhile, I go into debt because my bill pay is paperless and I cannot utilize the app to pay my bills. There's no hope for help. How can I resolve this?

I would love to give this a higher rating as it's very useful for having easy access to my medical information and such, but it's incredibly frustrating that I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall the app because it won't open if I forget to sign out before I close the app. When I first downloaded it a year or so ago, it did just fine with opening and then using my swipe passcode to 'log back in'. Then a few months later it began having issues, and I can't figure out how to fix it.

For the most part this app has replaced the former app for IHC Health Hub. However, there are two things that have been left out that the former app had and was very useful for me. The first is in the billing section, the homecare invoice and billing is not included nor is it available as an option to find resulting, in me no longer being able to see my balances or make payments using the online system. And two medical records and other records are not available as pdf. to download or print.

After the last update in March nothing in my in the app. Cannot access the message from doctor. Same thing in February. Last time support sent me a link to use instead of the app. I am considering uninstalling the app period and just using the link. 3/26/2022 Due to the continued problem several times of nothing at all appearing in the app after updates, I uninstalled the app and will login online.

I would give zero stars if possible. Whereas the old myhealth app was easy to navigate, this new version has none of the functionality and you can't find anything. And the help line sent instructions options that don't exist.

Half the time the app won't even let me sign in or shows an error page. It's really frustrating Intermountain won't put the effort into their apps or websites to them work properly when everything is done online nowadays.

Provides decent access to medical information. _____ BUG: The app notifies me of bills, but gives an error message when trying to pay, stating it can't load the page because there are "too many redirects".

So many bugs. It's nearly impossible to schedule an appointment on this app and there's no way to do it online. Please fix this. I can't click on anything without it taking forever to load and sometimes the clicks don't register, especially when trying to select a time for the appointment.

All frames/screens will not allow my to scroll up once you attempt to enter the branch for messaging or making an appointment. Half if the messages and confirmations are cut off as a result, making this app completely useless

I had a smooth experience with the app from the sign up process to booking an appointment. My only concern is that in the scheduling section, the day slider showed a particular day as being available but then upon selecting that day, no times were shown to be available - which confused me.

I have been working with Dr. Hadley for many years. He has helped this old retired Firefighter and Veteran stay functional. He is amazing at really listening to me and making sure my concerns are addressed, plus he takes the time to review previous issues and ensures the treatment for those are still effective. I feel fortunate to be able to still see him as I understand an MD of his caliber has to limit the number of patients he sees because he takes the time to treat his patients fully.

I've really had it with this app. Constantly lagging. Sign in issues 9/10 times. Always an issue when trying to schedule an appt. Hid an entire payment due from my billing but they refuse to let me pay in person. Now I can't schedule an appointment with my primary care provider because it says she isn't accepting new patients, but I've been seeing her for a year. This is the most inconvenient and frustrating app but they make us do everything through it.

I love not only their insurance itself but I love this App. I can see the results for any lab/ radiology just by opening this App. I also can pull up the doctors notes, the medications that I'm on and last but not least. Sugeries that I've had done and my current health problems 🙃

I have been using the app as well as the website for many years. The app is slow, but recently it stopped working to view any lab results at all. When I contacted tech support, they made the assumption that I was waiting for covid results, and told me to check back in a couple days. I get labs done every week and can always view them the same day. I tried refreshing as suggested, and it still doesn't work, it hasn't worked in weeks. It also still doesn't work on the actual website as well.
