Whenever I open it it starts blinking and nothing else happens how much time I wait for the proceedings. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but same situation occurred. So, I think it's useless and time wasting. I appeal to the developers for help of mine.
The worst ever app. I installed the app for the first time. When I try to register myself , it says the account already exists. When I try to log in, it says "incorrect credentials ". When I try to search my land record, it hangs on the very first screen. It doesn't work at all.
Entered email in user name field. They have some exception. Did not get activation email, and cannot reset password. When try to register new account it says phone number already registered. What kind of app is this if users cannot even register. Pure junk. [Update August 7, 2020]: I think I know the issue. User name is not same as email, and if you forget user name you are stuck. Whoever designed this application needs to go back to software design workflows class ..

I've a created my account 1000 times and still the application shows invalid credentials whenever I try to login , sometimes the password as well as email is shown incorrect , tbvh worst app for landowners, please don't waste your time!
Best kachra app ever found on play store. After completing registration process. You can not sign in and even you can't change your password. Just for political point scoring you people are making such kind of blunders.
On clicking "Land Search" in Digital-PLRA nothing is happening except blinking of screen. What is the problem, though I installed updated app from play store and do it again and again..
After Land search press, screen keeps on flashing/blinking hence no entry can be made. It appears that developer has no interest to fix the bug, after all it is a Govt app. 😂 😂
A disgraceful app, it doesn't work anymore and the last update was 1st Jan 2019, no updates have come after that and also the app is useless, doesn't have it on appstore iphones, worst app by government of Pakistan, no one looks after the app anymore and no updates, hangs most of the time and can't login, register, or even reset password, a worst ever app and disaster for pakistan government. Useless Government.
Look like,There is no one to look after this app and fix the issues, when I want to check the record there's no response. It was great job if there a permanent team for fixing the problem.
As usual GOVT fail to provide quality app and team. Waste of time Twice try to register but did not recieve any activation link in my email. Disappointing as this govt is fail in all the area..... 😢
i tried so many times to get myself registered there, but i don't get verification e-mail, when i login, it said invalid credentials( which means account not found), when i tried to use that email again to register it says email is registered by another account , can you explain this......! waste of time and efforts....
Sir, app is not working for Land search about to one week... Kindly solve the issue... & some suggestions are... 1.Kindly add the option of 'save as pdf.' when we searched our land ... 2. When we search by name then from name we can't reach to khaiwat no... Kindly link it to khaiwat no. .... . Thanks.
Very difficult to make an account. If you get it then login issues, i am unable to proceed even further to check the services offered
Very Poor Application. Need its proper maintenance. My three emails is assigned but in every next time giving error i.e. invalid credentials. Time wasting. Need good IT experts to maintain it well.
No All Moza / Mahal are mentioned... No proper English languages,,, the language which is used on web and app is only understood by PATWARI's They don't want to change patwari culture i think
Its a total waste of our tax money. Poor customer services even after dozens of negative remarks no one is able to solve the highlighted problems. I am unable to see my fard record since a week. It's my humble request to the authorities to look into the matter so the purpose of this App is fulfilled.
It's a low level solution for users. These apps will not change the behavior of employees towards professionalism. If you are calling on given number for pre booking they will not answer and you don't have an option for booking in app. If you contact them you will not reply email even after months.
Incompetent management and IT department. They cannot even run an application. From months the application is not working and no senior staff member bother to look into this matter. They should be terminated.
Very bad experience, i am trying since yesterday but app is still not working. Unable to search record, Muzaffar garh Dist. Also not in list while registration process. I was expecting that Pakistani Govt. Department app has third class services.
Not work properly , Nothing is found, Login opening is not possible, It seems intentionally Made difficult to facilitate the people. This app 8s not working properly.
Land search option isn't working. The screen keeps flickering and the drop down option don't work. Please fix it.
Worst app ever. I tried to register but it said already registered and then i click on forget password, it showed incorrect credential. Bed app ever n ever. It down the image of playstore. Very very poor...
App doing poor work because when I opened 3 dot page , this page hanged, loading didn't stop . I tried many times but I did not know my land . Please fix this issue soon.
Hello conczern, Please check and fix it, i can not use this app whenver i try to open any option i can not open application runing circle moving moving but am not able to open or use any otiopn . Normally application is not responding .
Hello all user, please download this app again.It's working fine for registration, login, registry search, tax calculator, fee schedule and for all other modules. Please get latest version of this app and bring ease in your search.
Very bad experience. Land record search not working digital map is not working and deed search only for some cities why not for all punjan. Same problem at land record website
Pathetic app Registration process is very cumbersome, even after registring you are unable to login. They don't send any verification email through which one can verify and start as a user. Very bad experience. The website is the same as well. For booking the scroll bar doesn't scroll dates and for services, scroll down doesn't work. Therefore, people are unable to get time for booking. And without booking one can not visit their respective offices. They don't receive phone call as well.
