Whats wrong with this app,,, you enter your number nd press next it loads but does not take you to the next page,,, do something, i reccomend on your ussd option. First and reliable while using the ussd, bt the problem is that you must recharge airtime to use it, more upgrade please,,, i cant access your services,
I downloaled this app and use for months, but problem started when i formatted my phone! it say "Sorry, this account has already been linked to another device. Digital Sacco allows only one account per device"
I love the look and interface but there is a major problem accessing the pending loan section. Rectify that, otherwise good job
entirely similar mobile phones. I wonder why you still take the cause of the dysfunctionality as most probably due to the type, make or Operating System of the phone? Can,t you realize that there could be a fault with the app itself? Aki do something urgently or else you,ll end up loosing your clienteles just because of carelessness and luck of seriousness by simply ignoring important queries raised by your customers. Good day. These Sacco is not for real... when you deposit large amount of money it doesn't reflect in your acc and when you deposit small amount it reflects. This is just a scam
App does not go past login stage when I enter my phone number. The app just says processing and remains on the same page

Am t downloading the app but when am openi it telling me to go to setting to allow permission and i'v already done but still it is repeating the same thing.
This app can not even open, no one is receiving the phone when you call the number for over 15 minutes and yet you are spending credit ,there ussd code always say your account is domarnt once you pay.is this a fraud? Someone tell me.........
Does not activate. OTP has never been sent. It has taken me more than 10 trials with no success.
Do ever give loan really of is mind games one saves 10k you only lend less than saved and take interest yet not received cash and app already shows owning better to save with other app this one is useless

I have been trying to log into my accou t but all in vail.it keeps,loading.i tried to call no answer.it keeps saying all our agents are curently busy from morning till late 6pm.
