Very straightforward instructions and easy to install . Token regenerates codes quickly which is great for security. No issues. Good job with the app. Eliminates physical dongle token. Barcode scanned in less than two seconds.

Hi Just spent over half an hour trying to register for online using this app. Was stuck at the instructions that talked about scanning the QR code. I could not find this code anywhere in the instructions I was given, nor on the page I was directed to in the set up instructions. Turned to the user reviews to see if I was missing something, and sure enough about 15 reviews in, someone mentioned that you had to be in ScotiaConnect. Up to then I was a personal banking client only and had never used ScotiaConnect. I searched for the URL and followed the registration instructions again. And Voila!! sure as shooting, the QR code appeared on the page on my computer screen and my phone was able to read it and generate a token, which I could then use to complete the registration process. Once this was done I was able to log in and use the token app on my phone to generate the token numbers I needed to log in. BOTTOM LINE: APP SEEMS TO BE FINE. POOR SET UP INSTRUCTIONS.

Not working with Samsung S10+ Receiving error when trying to capture the QR code. Error received: "Something went wrong. Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Please generate a new QR code and try again. (003)". Called Scotia and got a new QR code - same problem!

Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I was able to migrate from the physical token to the digital token in less than 5 minutes.

You have to scan the QR code given in Scotia connect Administration menu, it's not the physical token barcode. Wish the app would actually tell you that so I didn't have to go searching for a fix.
