This is the worst app, seriously I've got no words to describe. Its time for me to hop to another better company for better services.
Lousy apps. Android version cannot login and keep hanging.

My complaint on 2nd Dec 4.45pm with Starhub customer service Ms. Shalu on 1633 until now nobody from starhub contacted me back to explain what happened to my phone line. I've complained about my phone line not working. Prior to that, i've already spoken earlier to another customer service from starhub and that person says my phone line can still be used bcos I'm under fiber. Now apparently ms. Shalu says my line with starhub has been terminated bcos it is under cable. Starhub got no service!!
I have got this app installed but not able to use as the voice quality is too low...
This app never works, I have been paying for the last 3 months and non of the times it works when I am travelling and I don't receive or can make calls. Why in the hell one would have this app if it can't be used. What's the point of having such an app and not being able to use even after paying $15 every month, total waste of money. I think Starhub is not interested in upgrading this app.
The call quality is not reliable. Update is asking access to the camera, what is it going to do with that? I too don't see any settings related to the camera. Still this app is a crap.
1) This is a one of a kind service offered by StarHub which is unique and useful 2) The app is slow and glitchy which could be looked into 3) Does anyone know how to change the password?
All the short code to perform call divert related functions cannot be used! Spent whole morning trying to explain to StarHub support team. Your guys never test?
Why is it not able to switch the call to speaker mode? Is there something I a, not aware of?

I signed up for this Digital Voice Global in May 2015 and the problems encountered by everyone started almost immediately. All this time, I exercised patience and hoped that Starhub will fix them. I got to the point where I think a replacement IAD is needed. I was told that I have to purchase a new one! Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to the other telcos.
1) Impression starhub is not interested to build this app well. 2) Had both way muting when use on foreign mobile data network issues. Starhub is also reluctant to reach me through DV line for several follow ups. 3) The registration of the soft DV status observed to be dropping often. Conclusion, the service idea is good but physical application wise is poorly serviced. Furthermore why would more consumer be interested when Starhub has lose interest in its own product.
The digital voice device not getting registered overseas, starhub advises me to purchase a new device just 2 days old on contacting customer support. The softphone part of calls is very bad as well and works only one way, other side, people are not able to hear my voice. Waste of Money. The support for this service is very poor as well.
Substandard quality.. voice volume low..cannot dial consistently to toll free nos.. when used for conference calls can never get conference pin right.. is this worth the subscription charge? Needs urgent fix
No one from starhub seems to care and take corrective actions for the feedback given by customers !!!!

WiFi is ok. Can't even logon over mobile network. C'mon Starhub!
Had been using this app for over a year and found it extremely useful to make voip calls from overseas to Singapore numbers. No other telco is offering this service yet other than StarHub!
what is the username n password?
Got it installed in samsung GTi9003, can hear but cant be heard. Nothing can be done by starhub. And was told it my luck! What a rubbish. Starhub pls
Works well from uk. Wifi and 3g. Id give it six stars if not for the ugly logo.
Apparently Starhub doesn't care much about the APP.
