It works. Most of the time. Likes to "refresh" the jobs in, and crashes sometimes, or boots up on its own. It would be alot better if the drivers could change the color of the job in the main menu between like 12 different colors, just to help us organize which jobs are on which runs.
Running this app on a Galaxy J3 it regularly gives notifications for pickups which have already been confirmed. Also, even though the app has been closed it still runs in the background and I have to reboot the phone to turn it off correctly. Should be able to interface with Google voice to confirm orders while driving.
Absolutely horrible. No matter what you do, you cannot control Notifications, which sound every 30 seconds until you physically go into the app to silence it .. a HUGE problem & Dangerous while driving. The app takes over control of your phone, no matter what you do, WITHOUT PERMISSION! And forget about Technical Support: you will go into V/M and NEVER get a return call. Only go into the app when you know there is a job waiting, and closer out IMMEDIATELY.
there are few things wrong with the app! 1) as a Courier/Trainer, you need to he alble to log in/out of the app, instead of uninstalling/installing just to get linked up to the person that is being trained. 2) you need to update how the app operates, some days it will sound like it is have seizures, and will chime in every 1-2 minutes when the confirm button has been pressed that is all, if I find more problems, I will give my feedback again
Arguably the most frustrating app I ever experienced. My dispatcher probably thinks I had a learning disability after dealing with this app. Confirm the pick-up: simple enough? Nope you have to repeat this a few times before it acknowledges you did it Pick -Up: told not enter any data, crashes, re-comfirm you...get this "Confirmed the Pick-Up" Drop - Off: Enter the receivers data you previously entered but wait it's gone!
it could use an upgrade. I typically start my day with over 15 deliveriesin que, its really inconvenient to have to confirm each one individually. also if there was a way to close out the app without rebooting my phone that would be great.
How do we turn off the notification chime that continuasly keeps going off every 30-40 seconds even after confirming a job? I've turned off the app's notifications in my phone's settings but that doesn't work. We can't play app techie and drive at the same time!
9/10 times it's great, but occasionally it gets a little glitchy. Sometimes it alerts me repeatedly that I have a new order when there's nothing and other times it just closes itself without my knowledge. Most days it's great though.
Love the app, it helps my client's entire team. However, i'd love to see better day-end and week-end reporting - and its frustrating that once a delivery is done, it disappears from the driver screen and cannot be accessed by the driver later for day-end tallies.
As a busy courier this app is immensely frustrating... no matter which device or after which update it's very buggy and constantly hangs and crashes... the most annoying courier app I've used... if I didn't have to use it I definitely would not
Literally the worst app I've ever used. Can't turn off annoying notifications every 30 seconds and the only way to close the app is to force stop. Not even a phone restart works.
Crashes all the time! Often crashes when updating order status or unlocking phone. Crashes when you connect to Android Auto, or disconnect from it. Probably 50 crashes a day.
Crashes a lot lately after update. Adding schedule orders need to be fixed. The clock option is terrible. Plz add a way for dispatcher to see signature on mobile phone.
needs lots of work between the notification that keeps going off after i have confirmed my calls an now my call disapear have to sign out log back in on the main computer it shows that they are there so it is a app issue
mainly tailored to Apple users which is complete horseshit......android gets no attention for unstoppable notifications.....i cant get jobs and keep my phone on, i have to restart my phone everytime!
I confirm an order,pickup the order,and it keeps wanting me to confirm again,and again. Also how about an update,last one was in 2018.
Every time I turn it on it makes my Google GPS freeze and I have to turn off the app for stop my GPS and then maybe if I'm lucky my GPS will start working again
The last update have many crashes every 5 min i used this for my courier driver and is driven me crazy these crashes 😑
The build is for an outdated Android 7, you need to rebuild this app asap

Good app when it's not crashing. Crashes EVERY time I go to maps, text, use the phone, incoming and outgoing calls. I have to restart the app in order to see any new orders, making it a total pain in the @ss to use. I've contacted the developers to release a new update, since the latest update was 10/2018, but have still not seen any progress. It worked fine with my last Android phone, but not with the new Android version 10...hundreds of crashes per day! Waybill, PLEASE fix this issue!
