Once again. Total incompetence of Germans to create a good online banking experience. Can't blame only this bank. All German banks are hopeless.
This app really needs to be improved! I'm in my shopping and can not pay; well the app just simply stop working at that time. What I have to do is to re-install the app. And this has happened again and again, this is my fifth time to re-download it!
